Who would ever imagine that having three teeth extracted in the same session could be a positive experience? But Dr. Brandner made that happen!! So glad I chose OMS Center of South Louisiana for my oral surgery!
During the weeks after the procedure, the office staff was always available to answer all my questions. I have healed completely without any complications, and now at three months post-op I am looking forward to some dental implants. At OMS Center of South Louisiana of course!

Dr. Brandner does a great job. He made me feel more than comfortable from the first minute. The night I got my wisdom teeth removed he gave me a call to check how I was doing and was quick to respond to any texts I sent him throughout the week. The office personnel are also very nice, professional and helpful. 10/10 recommend

My experience with Dr. Brandner was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked into their office, I was greeted warmly and made to feel like family. Dr. Brandner and their team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and peace of mind throughout my oral surgery journey.
During the initial consultation, Dr. Brandner took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and thoroughly explain the procedure in a way that was easy to understand. Their caring demeanor immediately put me at ease, and I felt confident in their expertise.
On the day of surgery, Dr. Brandner continued to impress me with their professionalism and kindness. They checked in on me regularly before and after the procedure, making sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. It was clear that they genuinely cared about my well-being, not just as a patient but as a person.
Even during the follow-up appointments, Dr. Brandner maintained the same level of compassion and attention to detail. They took the time to ensure my recovery was progressing smoothly and answered any questions I had with patience and clarity.
What stands out most about Dr. Brandner is their genuine care for their patients as individuals.
Dr. Brandner's ability to make me feel like part of their extended family was truly remarkable and made a significant difference in my overall experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Brandner to anyone in need of oral surgery. Their expertise, genuine care, and dedication to their patients sets them apart. They are not just skilled professionals but also wonderful caregivers who prioritize their patients' well-being.

I have been requesting a refund for an implant that got infected and fell out for 3 years now. I had an old implant taken out and just wanted bone graft put back in so it would heal properly. Dr Brander insisted that the hole would be big and bone graft wasn't an option and I would need to fill it with a new an implant. I was afraid the wound would get infected and it did. So he filled the hole with bone graft after all. Not only did the implant fall out but the implant next to it got infected along with my gums and had to be removed by another surgeon. The whole surgery cost me $5,000. $3,000 of that was for the new implant that fell out. I have called several times to request a refund and even sent a registered letter asking for a refund due to the fact that I had to pay another surgeon to put a new implant in after the site had property healed.
His staff wont even send me an invoice of the surgery.
I thought Dr Brander would do the right thing and refund me the cost of the implant but I haven't heard a word from him or his staff.
Im very disappointed in the way I've been treated.

About The Oms Center of South Louisiana - Dental Implants & Oral Surgery
The OMS Center of South Louisiana is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice serving patients in the Covington, Mandeville, and Hammond, Louisiana area. The practice offers dental implant treatment, including All-on-4 full arch implants, as well as other oral surgery procedures such as tooth extractions, bone grafting, wisdom teeth removal, and corrective jaw surgery. All-on-4 implants use four strategically placed implants to support a full arch of replacement teeth, offering a fixed alternative to removable dentures.
Patients considering dental implants can expect a process that begins with a consultation and imaging to evaluate bone structure and plan implant placement. On the day of surgery, damaged teeth are removed and implants are placed, with a temporary prosthetic attached so patients leave with a complete smile while the final prosthetic is fitted after a healing period. The practice describes a personalized approach to treatment planning and aftercare, with follow-up visits to support healing and address any concerns during recovery.
