I had one last wisdom tooth that was bothering me so much and gave me so much pain. I just got back from an internarional flight and went to see my dentist. She recommended The Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Specialists. I called them and Janina was the one who I talked to. At first, they didnt have an appointment ASAP. When I told her I had so much pain, she called back and lo and behold, she was able to squeeze me in for a next day first appointment to have my tooth pulled out! She went out of her way to get me an appointment next day —that in itself is worthy of 10 stars! Anyway, they consulted me, Ashley was the one who did the scan for my teeth and she was a funny and pleasant assistant. It eas early in the morning, but she made me feel at ease and she was so nice and accommodating. Dr. Koshgerian explained the procedure and General Anesthesia thoroughly before he pulled my tooth out and had good rapport. Thank you to this team who flawlessly did the procedure. I definitely recommend this place! :)

Excellent staff and service. I came in for recent extraction of a wisdom tooth that was too decayed to fill. The procedure was relatively painless and recovery has been pain free. Dr Shelton and his staff are all wonderful and took good care of me from pre-surgery preparation to post surgery follow-up.

Exceptional experience with Dr. Koshgerian! I had two wisdom teeth removed and two dental implants, and the level of care was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the office was spotless and welcoming.
Dr. Koshgerian is incredibly skilled, gentle, and attentive—he explained every step, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident. The entire team was warm, professional, and made the experience seamless. He even called that evening to check on my recovery!
Everything went smoothly, and my recovery has been much easier than I expected thanks to their detailed guidance. If you’re looking for top-tier dental care, I highly recommend Dr. Koshgerian—you’ll be in excellent hands.

Dr. Koshgerian and his team were amazing! I had my consultation at their Otay Ranch location and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. Dr. Koshgerian explained the procedure thoroughly and put me at ease with the entire process. I ended up scheduling my procedure at the San Diego location on Moraga and the experience was just as great. It was quick and painless and the staff were very helpful in the post surgery process. They informed my partner on everything needed to know after surgery and we both felt confident in the recovery process. I would definitely recommend Dr. Koshgerian and his team!
