I first saw Dr. Hisham Nasr over 20 years ago for a dental implant, and I’m happy to say that implant is still perfect today. Recently, I returned to The PerioClinic for a bone graft and two additional implants, and once again, everything went smoothly from start to finish. Dr. Nasr is an outstanding periodontist. His expertise, attention to detail, and excellent bedside manner made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. He takes the time to explain everything and truly cares about his patients. The staff is just as exceptional—friendly, professional, and welcoming. They make you feel genuinely cared for from the moment you walk through the door. After more than 20 years of outstanding care, I can confidently say that Dr. Nasr and The PerioClinic have earned my highest recommendation.

I’m very particular about my doctors, especially when it comes to periodontal care. Before moving from Manhattan, I had been with the same periodontal and dental team for more than 20 years, so finding a new practice I felt comfortable with was not something I took lightly. I’ve now been seeing Dr. Nasr and Miss Jackie for more than five years, and I truly appreciate the care I receive from both of them. They are thorough, diligent, and attentive, and it is clear that they are committed to my long-term gum health. Given my periodontal history, that level of care and consistency is especially important to me. I don’t often feel strongly enough to leave a review, but I felt this one was worth writing.

I was so nervous , but Dr Nsar and his staff were patient and compassionate. He played happy music to calm me. The procedure was surprisingly painless and quick. I could not believe it was over and now I will have a tooth in a few months. After the procedure, he let me know i could call him if there were any problem. He made the whole event relaxing and pleasant. Everyone was warm and I felt cared for. Thank you, perioclinic!

I’ve had such a great experience at Perioclinic on Metairie Road. The entire team is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cares about their patients — and the reception staff is especially friendly and helpful, which makes every visit easy from the start. What really stands out is how personal they make everything — they remember my birthday every year, ask about my life, and even remembered when I got married. It never feels like just another appointment; they truly take the time to connect with you, which is rare these days. The doctor and clinical team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. The head doctor is absolutely brilliant — you can tell she has a ton of experience and really knows what she’s doing, which makes you feel completely comfortable and confident in your care. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a periodontist in the New Orleans/Metairie area. You won’t find a more thoughtful and skilled team.

Staff treats you like family. Inquiring about your loved ones with sincerity. Pain free, and excellent care. Since coming here my period, no more worried of losing my natural teeth. I have them all, and it’s great to smile, and brush and floss without crimson color in the sink. Dr Saenz is a god send to me.
