PERFECTION. The Practice has every aspect of client service and patient care dialed in— from the warm and friendly reception staff to thorough patient care— hygienist Hannah and Dr. Nguyen were phenomenal and so sweet! Plus, all the little extras like the gorgeous office (even the restroom!) and what do they have in there making it smell so good?! My 18yr old son goes, “a dentist’s office isn’t supposed to smell this good!” It’s like the Disney’s Riviera Resort of Dental Offices! It’s a whole elevated vibe— pleasant, relaxing and comfortable! The whole family are now new patients here!

I highly recommend "The Practice" in Franklin, TN!
From the moment you walk in the door, you can tell this office operates differently. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and spotlessly clean—nothing like a typical, sterile dental office.
The entire team is fantastic. They combine top-notch professionalism with genuine kindness. They took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain my treatment options without pressure, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I used to dread dental appointments, but the gentle and attentive care I received here has completely changed that.
If you are looking for a dental home where the staff treats you like family and provides excellent, modern dental care, this is the place. "The Practice" truly lives up to its name—they are best in class!

I had my consult and prep appointment with Dr. Kasiar and the entire experience from start to finish has been amazing. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made everything easy and comfortable, and Dr. Kasiar took the time to explain every step and answer all of my questions.
You can tell this practice truly cares about their patients and the quality of their work. You guys rock — I’m excited to come back for finals and see the results!

Recently moved to Franklin from Highlands Ranch, Colorado. This was an 5-star, A++++ dental experience. Dr. Kelly was top notch, super professional and kind. The environment was unique, staff was excellent. Very well run practice. New patient forms a breeze online, they sent ahead via text. Very organized, efficient, on-time.

Truth talk…I dread the dentist but this office makes my visits so comfortable. Hygienists are gentle, patient and kind. The office is beautiful. The staff has a great dynamic and you can tell they enjoy working together. Dr. K is fantastic and has really built a great team and dentistry.

About The Practice
The Practice is a cosmetic, implant and general dentistry office located at 3991 Carothers Parkway in Franklin, Tennessee, serving families from the greater Nashville area. The office describes itself as a comprehensive dental home for adults, children and seniors, with services that range from preventive care, cleanings, composite fillings, crowns and bridges to smile design, porcelain and prepless veneers, teeth whitening and Invisalign. Oral surgery such as tooth extractions, wisdom tooth removal and gum contouring, root canals and endodontic surgery, and emergency dental care are also offered under one roof.
For patients missing teeth, the practice provides implant dentistry that includes single tooth implants, implant crown restorations, implant bridges and full arch dental implant options (also called All on X or All on 4) for people missing most or all of their teeth. To keep treatment comfortable, the office offers nitrous oxide, oral conscious sedation and intravenous sedation. The Franklin office is open Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM and closed Friday through Sunday, and the practice offers a free virtual smile consultation for people who want to discuss their goals before visiting. A second location has since opened in Murfreesboro.
Meet the Doctors
The Franklin office is led by Dr. Matthew Kasiar, DMD, the practice owner, who earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Evansville. He has more than 17 years of experience and has completed hundreds of veneer, implant and full arch cases. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, Nashville Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. He is joined at the Franklin office by Dr. Amanda Kelly, DDS, who earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2009, began her career in the U.S. Air Force and then spent a decade in private practice. She has more than 15 years of experience and provides comprehensive dental care along with cosmetic treatments such as Botox and facial esthetics, and holds the same four professional affiliations.
