Scam do not go bad dentist bad experience they said on the phone $75 cleaning and on the papers said x ray free !!
Very unprofessional and misleading experience.
I called this dental office in advance and was clearly told over the phone that a dental cleaning would cost $75. When I arrived, before any cleaning was done, I was required to take photos of my teeth and was then told I needed panoramic X-rays.
When I asked to proceed with the cleaning I had scheduled, I was informed that I could not receive the cleaning unless I paid an additional $300 for X-rays and other services. None of these additional charges were disclosed during the phone call.
On the papers it says clearly I understand that if I get cleaning I won’t be charged and they still wanted to charge extra !! I’m gonna sue this place !!
I was then told that if my tooth was “healthy” I might not need to pay extra, but if I needed an extraction, I would. This created confusion and felt like pressure to pay for services that were never clearly explained beforehand.
Refusing to honor the original quoted price unless I paid significantly more feels misleading and unprofessional. Transparency and honesty are essential in healthcare, and unfortunately, this office did not provide either. I left without receiving the cleaning because I no longer felt comfortable or trusting their practices.
I would advise others to be very cautious and ask for all costs in writing before scheduling an appointment.

I just left the smile mission in St Petersburg and I have to say that I have the absolute most wonderful experience. The young man whose name is Ahmed that helped me. Took his time and explained everything to me completely. This young man needs to be a dentist and he will be very good one. The doctor also was very good and thorough. Hopefully the owners read this and give this young man Ahmed a raise because he definitely deserves it.

Dr Sean and everyone in the office was very professional. It's a busy office but he listened to what I need and want as a patient attentively and answered all of my pertinent questions. The vibe in the office is on point with good customer service. I plan on doing a deep cleaning or all on four by dr sean. I'm very motivated as a patient because myself I'm in the medical field semi retired and I look at a dentist who makes me feel comfortable and willing to take care of my teeth in all aspects. The staff and Drs. are amazing. Both my husband and I go to this clinic and I can’t say enough about the prices, quality and how smooth the appointments go. I had a back tooth pulled and my appointment took 40 minutes start to finish. This place is awesome. We found our home for dental related matters.

Highly recommend Dr. Sean Pierel. The absolute best dentist I have ever had. Kind, attentive, and focuses on any concern you might have. Goes above and beyond. I felt so comfortable in his care and he has incredible integrity and honesty. The prices are so incredibly reasonable too. I just had a filling done completely pain free. My husband had a smile redo and the quality of the work is exceptional. Half the price of what he was quoted elsewhere too! BEST dentist EVER. The staff was lovely too.
