I haven鈥檛 received services as of yet, so I can鈥檛 speak for in office or quality of work but Natalie was a great first contact and she made everything fast, simple and easy. Her patient service was excellent and warm! And that鈥檚 an excellent start.

Great staff from the moment you walk through the door. Deanna and Carolina provide friendly courteous service at the front desk helping with payments, arranging my appointments, and after after care information. Dental Assistant- Mia worked with me tirelessly (every appoint) to provide me with procedure information and pricing until I was satisfied. She and Dr. Ali gave expert opinions but we're willing to entertain my dental wishes. Financing was easy especially with unbeatable prices. Depending on your area/state you won't find anything comparable. Wish they had been here years ago. Thanks you Smile Mission Virginia. Update- had extractions, bridge, implants w/ local anesthesia I had 0 pain, very little pressure. Dental Assist Tina was consummate professional made sure I was confortable, guided through the process, precedures, questions and assisting Dr. Ali. He was flawless during teeth extraction, implants, and crown prep (informatative on current goal, minimal time in procedure w/ care in mouth, GREAT at what he does). Other Dentists Neha and Alex put in my crowns very delicate prepping and fast to mimize exposed sensitive teeth. She was very pleasant to conversate w/ and informative on steps and after care. Alex was very detailed oriented on fitment and bite, made sure I was aware of future appointments and how it would all come together when complete, and addressing any concerns. Even the ppl that made my crowns were friendly pushed to get my crowns done when there were setbacks. The people at this Dental Office are amazing!

Today鈥檚 appointment was a consultation and I was very pleased with Dr Mia, she explained everything in detail of what my dental care entailed. I plan on going back to have my dental work done and I will make another review when I do. Definitely recommend this dental office they have the best prices around and they actually care about their patients. And my correspondence with Miguel via text setting up my appointment was so easy and he was so nice!! 馃挏

I got my crowns in Miami two years ago, and everyone there was wonderful! The care was absolutely excellent! I needed more work done, and now I live in Richmond, VA. I was so pleasantly surprised that the experience was as awesome as I had in Miami! The whole experience, from the moment I arrived to the end with Alex being so patient and making sure I was completely satisfied, was fantastic! I highly recommend anyone who wants quality care with excellent care. You absolutely must come to The Smile Mission!
