Booked my appointment in October for Jan, pretty normal. Called to confirm my appointment two weeks prior to my appointment and when I showed up was told they canceled my appointment because they couldn't get a hold of me. Thats very disappointing and a poor business practice. Now I can also add that they claimed that the number i provided was incorrect but had zero problems calling and harassing me about this negative google review. My children have been going here for sometime now I have always received all phone calls, us mail, and email correspondence for their up dates. If they dont want poor reviews and now claims of harassing phone calls they should try harder to make up for their mistakes. One Star is to high.

Lady was rude on the phone when I was just asking a question about if they took my insurance, and hung up on me right away. If this how they treat people just trying to look for help I wouldn’t go here they clearly don’t have empathy for anybody.

I've been going to Theisen Dental since the practice started. The hygienists are super friendly and helpful! They are as careful at they can be, while thoroughly cleaning, and are very personable! Dr. Theisen is kind and friendly, and very professional.
You can really tell that they care and want your experience there to be the best it can be. They really want to help and guide you in best practices for healthy teeth and gums.

All of the staff at Theisen Dental take great care of my teeth! They are such pros and very communicative about the health of my mouth. I am so comfortable going there and confident that I’m receiving the very best care for my pearly whites!

Theisen dental is terrific. If you are looking for a dental office that offers great care and concern for you and your oral health this place is for you. I have been going to this office for 25 years and stayed with them through several changes with the dentist and hygienists.
Dr. Erika Theisen took over the practice several years ago. She offers realistic evaluation of dental concerns and lets me know if an issue is urgent or if I can wait and see if an issue emerges.
Julie is my dental hygienist and she is awesome. I am able to schedule all my visits with her and I appreciate the continuation of care with the same hygienist. She shows genuine concern for my overall wellbeing and offers helpful feedback/suggestions about my oral care. I highly recommend the team at Theisen Dental!!!
