Just my first visit, so you never know but based on my.initial visit, everyone was very friendly and the hygienist and dentist were extremely thorough. Checking for items that I've never had a dentist review before. They presented to me the best treatment option for something and then were receptive in other options. The fact they were not pushy about it made the decision to follow their recommendation easier.

I had a great first time experience here, I honestly was nervous due to past experiences 😅 but Dr. Krystina Sandefur and Ms. Wendy were so kind and informative and we're incredibly patient with my questions and very thorough with my exam. I couldn't have asked for a better appointment. Plus they sent out this thank you card, which i hope they know has won me over. Its nice to know that you are being thought of.

I usually do not leave a review, but in this case, there has to be one. I brought my daughter to this dental office because of an old friend who works there. Initially, our experiences were decent, but scheduling appointments with the desired dentist proved to be quite challenging. Our most recent visit, however, was disappointing. The dental plan provided for her included an estimated cost of $17,000 with our insurance, which seemed excessive. When we inquired about our private insurance coverage, they left the room briefly and returned to correct a mistake, reducing the amount to $1,500. While I understand that errors happen, what ultimately led us to decide against returning was an encounter with a staff member named Erica. First, although I appreciate the need to confirm appointments, Erica called us over five times, which was frustrating as we were trying to arrange our plans due to unexpected changes. When we requested to reschedule, she refused and insisted on a $150 cancellation fee. As someone with a doctorate in business management, I find that fee unreasonable and indicative of a struggling business. Erica's tone was quite unfriendly, and after we expressed our intention to seek care elsewhere, she simply hung up the phone. This approach to customer service is concerning and does not foster patient loyalty.

Always a great experience. Hygienist Makayla did my 6 month cleaning today she was so professional and thorough “hence the name!” Dr. Smith did my implants almost a year ago and they have changed my life. Not only is he rigorous and professional, he truly cares and today that is hard to find. I highly recommend ThoroughDent to anyone looking for a new dentist.

My first visit was impressive. Professional dental service, clear and empathetic communication focused on customer concerns and scheduling flexibility; all in a timely manner. Cleaning session was conducted smoothly and very pleasant. I have a small mouth that makes difficult taking pictures. Staff was very patient, helpful and overall I had a great experience.
