Friendly staff. Didn't have a long wait time, in fact they were very punctual. The teeth cleaning was thorough and they used a type of tool that was part water pic and also vibration that was very efficient and comfortable. Dr. Jacob Johnson was also thorough in his exam, addressing all concerns.

I would highly recommend Tier One Dental! They were able to get me in quickly when I had a tooth that needed attention. Everyone was so friendly and put me at ease. Dr McCown was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. Great experience!

Finally found a dentist office that I’m comfortable in and completely satisfied with. Dr. Johnson is forward and to the point about treatment options and the steps to make things happen. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism. Samantha and the other staff members are just as professional and kind. If you’re looking for yourself or your family, I would absolutely recommend Tier One Dental

This has been the best dentists office I have experienced. Not only is Dr. Jacob very nice but he educates you before and after any procedure he has to do and he’s very gentle. I love his staff all the way around. They make you feel comfortable when you walk in the door and they stay on top of checking on you after the visit if you have a procedure done. Definitely a great dentist office to choose.

If you live in the Seguin area and need a dentist..Tier One Dental is just the best! The entire office staff are so friendly and Dr. Johnson is wonderful!! I have had extensive dental work and they are the best!
