Horrible experience. I am not sure how they fabricate these 5 star reviews. The receptionist was so rude and zero understanding or empathy. No respect. Blew me off. Terrible 1st impression. Transferred to the "office manager" - that did not go much better. They want all these extra, unnecessary, tests and x-rays. Sometimes - you just want your teeth cleaned. And I am a doctor. They treated me like dirt. So - I will never recommend them. Rude enough to the point it really hurt my feelings and was extremely offensive and zero respect. Not everyone is retired. No interest on their part in even working with my schedule. Awful ! No compassion.

This is going to be a bit long, but it's a good, honest review as someone who has had some very traumatic experiences with dental work in the past and is absolutely terrified of the dentist. I came to this office for a second opinion after being seen at a large office in New Braunfels and was told I needed thousands of dollars worth of work. It took several months to work up the courage to go in. I even scheduled an appointment and canceled twice because I was so scared. But I was honest with the office about why I was canceling and gave them plenty of notice. They were so nice and understanding. Mona at the front desk is phenomenal and deserves a raise! She was so sweet to me during all of my interactions with her. Kimberly was extremely professional and helpful. She broke down everything she was doing and was very patient with me when I explained why I was so afraid. Dr. Johnson was also a sweetheart. He was so kind and not scary at all. He gave me his honest opinion and options on what I could do. Turns out I don't need thousands of dollars worth of work done after all. I'll definitely be going back for the few things they recommended. The office was lovely and I left feeling a lot better about being an adult who is terrified of seeing a dentist.

My family has used tier one dental for decades. We have always had a professional comfortable experience. We feel we are always in good hands with Tier One Dental. Seriously, everyone in the office is pleasant and you can tell they take pride in their operation and work like a team!

At TIER ONE DENTAL they are the very best people kind hearted they make you feel right at home and it’s due to my wife that brought me to them Mr. Johnson, your staff remarkable people can’t express the joy they take care of me and the cleaning. Awesome you cannot go wrong again. Thank you for the bottom of my heart. God bless you keep up the great standard of your profession sincere Esteban Ybarra thank you once again. God bless y’all.

Tier One is truly the best! They always make me feel so welcome and truly provide excellent dental care. No complaints!!
