The dentists and staff take the time to explain what they are doing as they go, which really helps ease my anxiety. They are thoughtful and careful, making sure they are confident in their assessment before recommending a filling or any other procedure. I truly appreciate the care, clarity, and kindness that Dr. Daub brings to every visit.

Going to this Dentist is always a good experience as everyone there is awesome caring and fun to talk to. Now come on, sometimes you don’t like getting your teeth picked on or a needle in your mouth but that’s life right? Dr. O is awesome and I always enjoy talking to him. And Kathy, the office manager is a sweetheart and very nice to talk to. With everyone being so nice, I would recommend Tietan Dental to anyone!!!

Love the staff at Tietan Dental. Dr Mertz is so gentle and kind I don’t mind going to the dentist ( I used to dread going ; I’ve had some rough experiences). His support and care through my experience of getting dentures has been so great. Going to miss him when he leaves but am sure all the dentists there are just like him. The staff is always smiling and so friendly. 👍❤️😊

Tietan Dental — and especially Dr. Chad Ordelheide — delivered one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Dr. O is easily one of the most detailed and passionate dentists I’ve met. Most dentists I’ve seen over the years pop in from the doorway, say everything looks fine, and leave just as quickly. Dr. Ordelheide was completely different. He took the time to thoroughly examine my teeth, explain what he was seeing, and provide meaningful feedback. He also offered thoughtful suggestions about what I should consider for the future, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find a dentist who is both highly skilled and genuinely invested in your long‑term dental health. The entire team at Tietan Dental is warm, compassionate, and supportive, making the whole experience even better. Absolutely an amazing dentist and a fantastic staff — highly recommended.

Our family loves the care we get at tietan dental. My 9-year-old had to have a couple teeth pulled out. She was scared. Dr Dave did a good job calming her down and getting the job done ,appreciate him and the rest of the team so much ,thanks again
