Dr Nichols, Christy and the entire staff are amazing!!! As a person with severe “dental anxiety” from past dental trauma, they were first, very patient and accommodating! Christy thoroughly explains everything and is even more meticulous in her X-ray taking and cleanings-love that!!! Dr. Nichols has the warmth smile and awesome “chair side manner.” She listened to what my goals were and aligned them to what needed to be done. Her suggestions were great and made me feel comfortable. The front desk staff greets you as some as you walk in. They are friendly and extremely professional. Future visits are planned, documented and priced before you leave. Best dentist and office I have visited. They have definitely redeemed my weariness of dentist and “off” practices. Thank you, Dr Nichols and excellent staff!

I found Dr. Nichols’ office through my insurance provider, and yesterday was my first official visit. From the moment I walked in, both the staff and Dr. Nichols were kind, welcoming, and professional.
Christy is an absolute angel. In Army terms, I’d call her a true SME (subject matter expert)—she clearly knows her job inside and out, and her recommendations for any COA (course of action) are thoughtful and spot-on.
Dr. Nichols is a breath of fresh air—not cold or stiff, but genuinely friendly and engaging. She makes you feel comfortable and valued as a patient.

I am a new patient at Dr. Nichols’s office and I have had a great experience so far! The admin staff are always very pleasant and prepared. Christi did my cleaning and was very friendly and informative on what procedures I might need. It was also very cool to view your teeth onscreen before the cleaning! Dr. Nichols redid my filling and i was a bit nervous about it as I haven’t had it done since I was young. She was very reassuring and the filling was quick and painless. If you’re looking for a positive dentist experience, I highly recommend Dr. Nichols.

I had my first appointment at Dr. Nichols’s location today. Everyone was so professional and welcoming, from my booking to the person at the front desk who helped with my bills and scheduling.
My dental hygienist Christy was AMAZING, so personable and informative about all aspects of the process while being gentle and thorough with my care. Dr. Nichols has a strong team. :)

Loved my experience and I hate going to the dentist. Everyone was very welcoming and I felt like I became part of a family. Procedures were explained and questions were welcomed. Dr. Nichols, the same. She cared and it came through with each procedure she performed. I didn’t feel like I was just another check. She’s experienced, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her patients. I feel like I’m in good hands!

She is supported by registered dental hygienists Scarlett, Dinah, and Christy, registered dental assistants Amanda and Carla, and front office team members Sherrie and Beverly.
