Wrong About Me Needing Fillings & Poor Treatment
I don't know if management has changed hands or if I simply got a young and inexperienced dentist so take this review for what it is.
The dentist (an Asian lady, I'm sorry to say I don't remember her name) came in, barely looked at my teeth and then informed me I needed 3 fillings and gave me a 10 minute lecture about the glasses apparatus she wears because I'd made a light-hearted comment about them and apparently that triggered her for reasons I will never fathom.
The dental hygienist even after being told I hadn't been to the dentist due to COVID, my father almost dying, and changing jobs, lectured me the entire time about coming to the dentist and acted like I was making bad excuses for why I hadn't.
Feeling something wasn't right, I went and sought a second opinion only to be told that I didn't need any fillings and my teeth were in excellent health based on examination and the SAME X rays I had TLC forward over.
I will never return to TLC Dental and I don't respect how they treated me. They should be ashamed of themselves either because their dentist isn't very good at her job or because she's lying, robbing patients, and causing them pain that isn't necessary. I shall hope they do not send me a bill for this.

I ❤️ tlc dental the doctor is a great dentist she knows what she knows her dental stuff i ❤️ the way she worked on my teeth awesome I Robert pond will be back in the future I ❤️ the hard working ladies at tlc dental they are awesome ladies keep up with the awesome work ladies.

literally recommended this place 10/10. everyone is so welcoming and great at making you feel comfortable. I have never left a dental office with a smile on my face but I did yesterday after having my first appointment here. Tracy you’re truly amazing! Thank you so much ❤️

Fantastic experience!! Everyone there was so kind, patient, & wholesome w/ me! 🥹
They were very respectful & were fun to chat w/. The process was made easier by their encouragement & patience. I’ll need extensive Dental work, but KNOW I’m in safe hands here!
I would absolutely recommend ANYONE to visit here! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Always a fantastic experience, Tracy is just the best and SO good with my daughter. All of the staff is always very helpful and pleasant. It is a little bit of a ride from our new home but totally worth it. They make my daughter feel comfortable and always walk her through every step during her visits. I also love that you are allowed back with the kiddos! Highly recommend!!!
