Dr.Armando Aguilera, Jr was very professional and knowledgeable with experience most oral surgeons will never have. He took his time to understand my issues and looked at things that could complicate my problems others would not have thought about. He discussed the pros and cons of the procedure and I was able to make an educated decision as to when and what would be the best way to proceed. His assistant was great. The office was clean and comfortable. I feel very comfortable referring family and friends to his practice for implants to 3rd molar extractions and cancer reconstruction. Oral surgery can be overwhelming. He and his staff make you comfortable. He has his patient's best interests as his number one priority.

I cannot thank Dr. Armando Aguilera, Jr, his office staff, & nurse enough. These people are absolutely wonderful and beyond kind. I had an accident and called every oral surgeon in the area and only Dr. Armando Aguilera took the time to speak with me on the phone to understand what happened and managed to get me in for some stitches. Everyone at the office was so incredibly nice & helped me understand my options while providing me full information regarding my options + costs. I am beyond grateful for this office!

I am proud to say I am associated with this awesome team. Dr. Aguilera has proven to be a dedicated and skilled surgeon. My husband and I are both being treated by him and his staff and we are receiving the best of care. His office is equipped with state of the art equipment, the atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable, the staff is friendly and accommodating and we have witnessed nothing but professionalism.

Dr. Aguilera and his staff are exceptional, well organized, pays attention to detail, and very personable. The clinic is also very clean and they have a system that keeps things moving very efficiently. As happy and satisfied I am with my completed surgery, I will miss everyone here. I have already recommended and sent people to this awesome place! THANK YOU again for your amazing customer service!

I had the privilege to serve with Dr. Aguilera during our final years in the US Army prior to joining my private practice. I can say without any reservation that he is one the most well trained and competent Surgeons that I have met in my years of practice. I would feel very comfortable sending any of my family members to his practice and know that they will be receiving the best.

TN Center for Oral, Facial & Implant Surgery is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice located at 1608 Williams Drive, Suite 101 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The office serves patients from Murfreesboro, Nashville, Franklin, Shelbyville, Smyrna, Tullahoma, Manchester, Lebanon and surrounding Middle Tennessee communities. Dental implants are a core focus of the practice, with services that include single implant placement, solutions for patients missing all upper or lower teeth, bar attachment dentures, the Teeth-in-an-Hour approach, and bone grafting to prepare the jaw for implants. Meet the Doctors
The practice is led by Dr. Armando Aguilera, Jr., an oral and maxillofacial surgeon. According to the practice website, Dr. Aguilera earned his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Meharry Medical College and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas, with training in dental and facial implants, reconstructive surgery, trauma, and general anesthesia and sedation. A decorated Lieutenant Colonel and United States Army veteran who served in Afghanistan and Iraq, he is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons. He now focuses his practice on caring for patients across Middle Tennessee.
