Fantastic experience! i love the friendly, professional atmosphere here, starting with the initial phone call to make an appointment! I was able to schedule an appointment within a few days, and when I arrived, Sandy greeted me and helped me sign forms, and then they took me back right away. Dr Furney did a thorough exam and was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Denise did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and making recommendations for home care. I was very pleased all the way around!

Let’s be honest no one loves going to the dentist but when you visit Today’s Smile they’re very welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Dr McCutchen and the staff( receptionist, billing experts, dental assistants etc.) provide a friendly and professional environment. They work with you to ensure you understand your dental health and propose a treatment plan and schedule that meets your specific needs. I have been to this office several times this past year and never had to wait more than 5 minutes. I’m new to this area and very grateful I found Today’s Smile.

Caring, friendly staff. My hygienist, Ksenya is THE Best! She completly understands any concerns I might have and is always able to "translate" them to my dentist in a very accurate and strategic manner so that they can be resolved, or a plan can be outlined.

I received great service, but I was out of network and wasn’t informed until I received the bill. I called the office, and they claimed they have a system in place to ensure that everyone is notified when they are out of network. I explained to the representative that I was not informed, and she continued to argue with me. This was definitely not good customer service; I spoke with someone named Crystal, I believe. I would recommend the dentist; however, double-check your in-network status before booking.

The entire team is super friendly. The dentist and hygienists are very clear and thorough. A great experience overall! Keeping it honest: My wife had to return 3 times after she had some work done because the the crowns were not shaped properly and their fees are extremely high.
