I have been a patient of Dr. Hamer since he opened his practice. He and his staff are wonderful. I have never waited for an appointment, they are always on time. He has the best hygienists I have ever experienced. It’s easy to get in and out and my claims are filed competently. Dr. Hamer is friendly, professional and efficient. His staff respects him and so do I.

We have been with Dr. Hamer for over 14 years and he has always taken amazing care of our family. He and his staff are the most beautiful people who truly love their patients.

I've been going to Dr Hamer for years and always receive 5 Star service! This entire staff is kind, respectful of my time, and professional, making every visit comfortable and stress-free. I've never had to wait long past my appointment time, which is crucial for a busy working mom. It's nice to find ally have a dentist I actually look forward to seeing!

Dr. Hamer and his staff are the best. I had a traumatic dental experience years ago and was afraid to go back to the dentist. Dr. Hamer and his staff are so wonderful, that they took all that fear away. Their office is so clean and well maintained, so I have no worries. And everyone is so nice, because they actually care about the health and well-being of their patients unlike the previous dentist I went to. My youngest actually loves going to the dentist. She has been going there almost her whole life, and they chat her up and show interest in her little life. They make her feel important. Nicest folks over there. You can expect highly skilled and expert dental work from them, too. My kid has never had a cavity.

Honestly speaking I had a better smile before Dr Hammer insisted he'd give me the best smile he could. Well this being my 2nd worst dentist in my opinion. I have less teeth with out the smile I was accustomed to. Now I don't smile ( No Teeth )The dentures I thought I was getting broke in half before I got the chance to enjoy wearing them, After all the long repeated visits . Oral surgeon extractions done, even though I invested $3,00.00 out of pocket. I was looking forward to a smile, instead of being toothless. I took them with me to a special occasion Christmas 2024 after waiting months for these dentures. The bottom broke in half , long story to a refund that they couldn't Satisfy me , after using all my dental insurance and my own funds. Because I refuse to except , when my original upper gold tooth wasn't slanted, everything became a problem. His words to me, that he had the best lab service, really after repeated returns because I refuse to except what you he wanted me to except. How is it I wasn't given the opportunity to decide what we could agree on about the situation. Instead Ms Harris doctor Hammer is refunding your money because he can't satisfy you. How many chances are you given to correct your own lab performance. This dentist removed and filled numerous supposedly needed filled teeth. And said he'll keep an eye on the tooth that really needed filling. Well the crown he placed has fallen off and another tooth he fixed has broken in half among other things. And wanted me to come back for scheduled cleaning. No way ! so you can eat away at my insurance and finish damaging my not so nice smile you've given me. I have no teeth to chew correctly or to even enjoy a good meal anymore. I cannot even control the food, with the openings you created in my mouth * My first experience telling your office in a welcome review was this . I Come From A Family of Smiles. Thank you for breaking my smile and my self esteem. I have all my before and after pictures of my inside and out of my mouth , everything associated with my visits. Even have all the gold removed from trusting Dr. Hammer. Each dentist I have been to since arriving in Alabama and years of proof of smiling and not being ashamed to smile. I'm crying because of how he didn't give me what he promised he would do. He took the easy way out and left me so sad. But God knows this wasn't right. Seeing is Believing. Was I your first and only African American patient ? Your staff Secretary is a very unique person with such angelic kindness.
