I can't be happier and blessed enough to have been referred to Dr. Tomeo. My 13 year old daughter had her wisdom teeth (7 to be exact) out Monday and they were nothing but professional and hospitable. Dr. Tomeo was so easy and comfortable to talk to. And very sensitive to a concerned mother. That alone, meant so much to me. He called and checked on my daughter that evening. Thank you for being a great doctor! But even more, thanks for being a kind and caring human. 100% recommend!

I had to get a molar extracted today. From start to finish , the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome! Tomeo & Tomeo Dental truly provided elite customer service all the way around. Dr. Adam Rose and all the Amazing ladies at the front desk and dental assistants were down to earth, classy and professional. I felt that the genuine care and comfort was their highest mission. They provided the finest personal dental service. Their warm, relaxed and refined ambiance was second to none. The experience was done quickly and effortlessly. Everyone had a very good rapport with each other and you can tell the staff is happy which shows a lot about the doctors and Management) in my opinion. They sent my anabiotic in quickly to make sure I didn’t get any infection. I’m already on a fast road to healing and recovery. The doctor even called to check up on how I was feeling a few hours later. Elite all the way. I highly recommend Tomeo & Tomeo Dental to everyone!!! They will take excellent care of you! Don’t bother going anywhere else!!

After a fall onto my face, I was able to see Dr. Rose the next morning for emergency surgery on my front teeth. Surgery was completed very quickly and has been healing well over the past week. Dr. Tomeo followed up prior to my leaving FL and was very thorough. All staff members were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this office. Thanks again for your help!!!

Dr Tomeo was recommended to me and I can't stress enough how happy I am that they were. Living in Cape Coral I couldn't find anyone that seemed to Care more for the patient than they did for the dollars. His office staff were kind and attentive. The Anesthesiologist was sweet and reassuring as was Dr Tomeo. Oh how I wish I knew about him years ago! It's a two hour drive for me but it's worth every mile and minute. Thank you so much! I'm 63 and am literally a bit teary-eyed. God bless.

Kind of an oxymoron to say that an extraction was a wonderful experience, but with Dr. Tomeo and his entire staff it was ! Beginning with ability to pre register, then they had all my files / films already on site. Additionally, the sweet receptionist supported me with payment information and finally the extraction- Dr . Tomeo was understanding of my anxiety, reassuring and comforting me from start to finish. His nursing staff are exceptional, reviewing all pre/ post surgery procedures and answered all my questions with genuine sincerity.
Dr Tomeo needs to put Venice as a service location, even though it’s a Sarasota office, It is worth the drive to have a wonderful oral surgery experience. Thank you Dr Tomeo and all your staff at the Osprey Avenue location. I look forward to continued oral care with your practice.

Tomeo, Tomeo & Rose Dental Implant & Oral Surgery Center is an oral and maxillofacial surgery practice at 846 South Osprey Avenue in Sarasota, Florida, one of four offices the practice operates alongside Bradenton, Sun City Center, and Lakewood Ranch. The Sarasota office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The surgeons place dental implants and perform bone grafting to rebuild the jawbone that supports them, using techniques designed to restore bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. The practice also provides wisdom tooth removal, tooth extractions, corrective jaw surgery, care for facial injuries and facial pain, oral pathology care, and treatment for temporomandibular joint disorders.
The practice is a family affair. Dr. Charles A. Tomeo founded it in Bradenton, his son Dr. Charles C. Tomeo joined him in 2006, and Dr. Adam L. Rose later joined the team after training with the Tomeos as his mentors. For patients who feel anxious about surgery, the staff is trained to assist with intravenous sedation and outpatient general anesthesia in the office, and patients are continuously monitored during and after their procedure. The practice serves communities across the Sarasota and Bradenton area, including Ellenton, Palmetto, Parrish, and Sun City, and welcomes referrals from area dentists.
Meet the Doctors
Three oral and maxillofacial surgeons treat patients at the Sarasota office. Dr. Charles A. Tomeo, DMD, is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons with over 25 years of experience in the Bradenton and Sarasota communities. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at Albert Einstein and Lincoln Hospitals in New York and has served as president of both the Manatee and Sarasota dental societies. Dr. Charles C. Tomeo, DMD, earned his dental degree from Nova Southeastern University and completed his surgical residency at North Shore Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He joined his father's practice in 2006 and takes a special interest in dental implants, surgery that prepares the mouth for replacement teeth, facial trauma, and oral pathology. Dr. Adam L. Rose is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He trained at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, is on staff at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, Lakewood Ranch Medical Center, and HCA Blake Hospital, and practices the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery at all four of the practice's offices.
