Topaz dentistry is the worst dentist I’ve ever been to and I highly suggest finding ANYWHERE else to take your children. My daughter was terrified of the dentist because of topaz dentistry and the very first time I took her to a different office, she suddenly wasn’t scared anymore. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I gave them my new insurance and the woman claimed she couldn’t use it without a physical card, even though my company doesn’t give out physical cards. She said dentists are different and she HAD to have this card that doesn’t exist. Took my same digital insurance card to a new office and had zero issues with it. My daughter needed work done one time and the anesthesiologist was rude and unprofessional. My daughter was scared to sit in the chair so my husband and I were talking to her trying to calm her down. The anesthesiologist told us to “just leave” he said “I know parents like you and you’re not going to do what needs to be done because she doesn’t want to do it” we had only been trying to calm her down for maybe two minutes. Then he said “if you would just brush her teeth twice a day you wouldn’t be here right now” which was incredibly unprofessional as well. We did brush our daughter’s teeth twice a day everyday and we both felt incredible guilty that she needed some work done despite that. It was the one and only time any of my kids have needed any dental work done and we got it fixed the second it was brought to our attention. The waiting room is also filthy. There’s dirt all over the walls, the chairs are gross. It’s disgusting. And no matter how early you arrive before your appointment, you will be waiting 30 minutes to an hour after your appointment time to be taken back. Save yourself the headache. Save your children the trauma. Go literally anywhere else besides topaz.

This dentist and the office is absolutely wonderful! They have treated me with nothing but respect and love since the day I first walked in their door. My smile is beautiful. I will send everyone I know to them! They have taken care of me when I thought I couldn’t do it. Thank you Dr Heath and team!!! Y’all are the absolute best!

Double apps for two teens at 10 am, and did not get out until after 12. Then asked to come back at 2. I drove 40 miles to get there ON TIME. No, I could not come back at 2. The schedule was truly off this time.

The support staff here is lovely. The hygenist that worked with us was wonderful. Howecer, the dentist was not very communicative, and did a repair on an upper front tooth that was much darker than the surrounding teeth. It stands out and looks awful. The dentist shrugged and said it was the only material they had. She knew it was a bad match and did it anyway.

Worst place EVER!! From the front desk to the dentist!!! Never on time, an hour appointment will always be at least 2 hours. Notorious for canceling appointments due to no provider!!! Medicaid fraud billing for time that’s why they keep you there all day. No way we had to come back to get a crown molded three times, 2nd time they broke my daughter’s wire from her braces. They have no idea what they are doing. My advice would be to not send me another Google review.
