My spouse came in to have all 4 of her wisdom teeth removed & most of the staff, especially the front desk, was a far cry from warm, kind & personable. There were 3 people who were frontline staff & didn’t even greet us coming in. With oral surgery being a procedure that brings many patients anxiety, distress & general nerves around the healing process, the value for a warm, comforting environment was definitely not represented. Only one person on the staff showed genuine warmth & reassurance to us during our time there. The instructions for the at-home-care & healing process weren’t given clearly & were given hastily. I understand that this is still a business. Still, it felt very soulless & lacking in common courtesy. Things like kindness, warmth & courtesy do add a lot to a business that operates on people’s bodies & where customer’s place a lot of trust. We did not experience these things with TOS. There was a condescending attitude & a sense of urgency displayed from the young male doctor. Not warm. Not an experience I would want for any loved one undergoing a surgery.

We went in to have some teeth removed on 6/5/2026. We were extremely pleased with the staff. They were very understanding and helpful and personable. When we met Dr. Louis Spear. He talked with us about the issues my husband was having with all of his teeth. My husband was in a lot of pain and let’s be honest he is kind of grump on a regular. Dr. Spear was very good with him, my husband walked out there very pleased with his work and he was surprised how fast the extractions went. We will be sure to go back if we ever need extractions done again. And request Dr. Spear.

I have been to this facility many times for extractions. Five or six times. Every experience I’ve had has been amazing. I have had teeth that were broken off at the level with the gums, and they are able to successfully get it Removed. All of the staff is so nice and all three surgeons are top-notch. Over the years I have had 25 teeth removed. This place is the best by far of all the places I’ve ever been. Such nice people. Nice service and treated like I’m important. Surgeons are 100% professional but yet still friendly and caring. I will continue to go here. Thank you for everything.

Louis L. Spear was AMAZING. Very friendly and very professional about his job. His WHOLE staff were friendly and were willingness to help and make the visit a bit easier. I recommend this office cause the service and the people are AMAZING!!! I guarantee you will not be disappointed with your visit.

I'll start with im a 100% disabled combat veteran with 2 tours to Iraq back in 2006 and 2008, needless to say I jave a bit of PTSD and like most people I dont like the dentist lol, but most surgeon's know when it comes to putting veterans like me under for surgery we can tend to have bad reactions waking back up, alot of it has to do alot with everything leading up to surgury and Dr. Louis L Spear and his team have been extremely awesome with me to where I've had several surgeries with them with no issues they have always made it a comfortable experience and even putting up with my shenanigans on laughing gas. Their entire team has been so helpfull from getting all my teats out to that not working due to other ENT issues where Dr Spear worked with them and that surgery in-between to now I had to get post put in for snap in dentures. I can't say enough Dr. Spear has helped me navigate working with the VA and all their bs working with my other dentist that does my dentures and coordination of care and then them working with my ENT Surgen in between everything because he cared enough to do so, he did not have to most places send everything back to the VA to handle it and delaying patient care but working with Topeka oral surgery and their help everything went smoothly and was coordinated for me. I 100% reccomend
