I received a VIP experience at TorriMed, from scheduling my appointment to the needed extraction. One of my most significant concerns with the service at TorriMed is if they are in my Guardian network. Once confirmed. I told the receptionist about the urgency of my situation, and I was scheduled ASAP. On the day of my appointment, I received a call from the doctor's office asking if I could come in earlier. I did, but I completed the digital intake forms they sent before arriving. I was glad to complete the forms at my own pace at home. Plenty of parking was on site, and the atmosphere was clean, bright, upbeat, and open. I provided the receptionist with my dental referral information. One of the first things I notice is the state-of-the-art equipment. They could have me stand at a machine that scanned my face, and within moments, they had an x-ray of my mouth on the display. Dr. Samuel introduced himself and assessed the situation. I asked if he would be able to do the extraction that day. Dr. Samuel responded, "That's why I called you in earlier so that, if possible, we could do the extraction today." I was all in. So Dr. Samuel prepared me by telling me what to expect and explained a procedure he uses to promote rapid healing. The only drawback for me was the cost of the procedure and that it involved drawing some blood from me. That was the first drawing of blood at the dentist. We came to an agreement that included the Dr. providing a 200-dollar discount. I am happy with the excellent service from Dr. Samuel and his entire staff. One suggestion: pipe some soothing healing vibration music in the surgery room. I highly recommend Dr. Samuel and the TorriMed Oral Surgery and Dental Implants office. I will be back again. When you go, tell them Omar sent you.

Had a 5-star initial consult with Dr Tchon for my mom who is elderly. He thoroughly reviewed my mom's health history and current medications for chemo, even noticed one was missing and had us follow up with that info. After his evaluation, he explained the procedure and all the risks and he concluded she was too high risk for an extraction and referred us for a root canal elsewhere. I was happy to pay for the consult with a doctor who educated us on the risks involved and did not go ahead with a surgery procedure that was too high risk.

When it comes to the Dentist, I am a big sissy! I was scared when I went here. The crew was excellent at making me feel calm and took care of my worries. The Dr. Sam and crew Ashley and John. They did fantastic work and I am extremely pleased. I don't have insurance and the price was manageable for having 4 teeth pulled and Anesthesia. Big Thanks to this team. I definitely would recommend to friends and family.

I was pleased with my procedure and the information leading up to it. The surgeon was very informative and made sure to ask me if I had any questions in the consultation about the procedure. Everyone was very nice and made sure I was okay on the day of, I got poked a few times so I would recommend knowing which arm is the best at getting pricked so you can avoid being pricked multiple times for the anesthesia part. Overall, I wasn’t in pain after, but mainly a lot of discomfort, but I took the medication as told and it all worked out fine. Now one month later I’m healing nicely.

We got referred by our Modern Dental and after contacting this office and informing them of the urgency and the office taking our information, they told us they will call back. We called 3 times to check on appointment after not hearing from the office as they didn't bother returning our call. We went to another office and got booked for emergency surgery. No waiting. Hopefully this review warms people don't always trust a Doctor's referral. TorriMed does not care about patients only profits.
