I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Patel and his entire staff! This says a lot for a grown woman who is petrified of anything medical related. I wish all of my doctors were as great as he is!! From the initial consultation to the extraction to the follow up appointments, he and his staff, treated me with kindness, genuine concern for my well-being and patience. They listened to my concerns, explained everything step by step, never rushed me and comforted my fears. I highly recommend this practice! Great job and thank you, Dr. Patel and team!

I had a wonderful experience at Total Implants. Dr. Patel and his entire staff were extremely helpful supportive and knowledgeable in making my experience a very pleasant and enjoyable one. I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires the utmost care in the treatment of their dental needs.

Total Implants and Periodontics is an amazing office. You can just feel that everyone cares about each other. Very gentle, competent and thorough in explaining everything. Don’t really love the dentist but love these people !

Dr. Patel and his staff are amazing. They are all very professional, personable, caring, compassionate, and make you feel as if you're their only patient. I was recently referred to Dr. Patel for a bone graft and implant, I know it was not a minor procedure, but it was one of the easiest and less painful procedures I've ever had at a dental office. Dr. Patel is not only talented and extremely good at what he does, he is also very compassionate and truly cares about his patients and their well-being. I have had a lot of dental work done over the years, and I can whole heartily say he is the best Periodontist I have known. I feel our area is fortunate to have such a great one and I would definitely recommend him and his office to anyone in the need of periodontics. PM Baskin Fort Mill, SC
