The facility is very clean and well staffed, with kind and friendly staff. My visit was a swift in and out. Dr Bradley is a genuine charm. She's professional, kind, and quite knowledgeable :) I was well pleased.

I have been going to Total Smiles for a few years now, and I like the staff and the environment. Very friendly and always ready to help. Dr. Bradshaw is at the top of her game, best dentist I've ever had. Super sweet and good looking! If you are anywhere near Leland and need a dentist, I highly recommend

Dr. Bradford was wonderful & I felt like I was in great hands under her care! She was very gentle and I felt no pain getting a broken tooth repaired. She also did an amazing job repairing the tooth and I can’t even tell there was a chip in it to begin with. Highly recommend Dr. Bradford!

I have no idea what is going on at this office. Rumor has it there have been problems with the police. It is ironic the entrance door is Always locked. Someone has to see me there Get up and unlock the door Than you have to wait to get out When asked why was told it is personal Why Not put a Ring camera bell The work is inferior am on my third plate that breaks right off in my mouth There is something drastically wrong at this practice Also I had a filling done Within a week the filling fell out in my mouth while i was eating yogurt. I cannot get an appt until March 24 when I called the thirs week of February They put the filling in and it fell out Why do I have to wait 6 weeks for them to fix what they did wrong. They are also closed a lot during office hours or dont answer the phone. Be careful Be very careful if you want teeth in your mouth.
