I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Jose Ramirez, DMD, and his entire team. From the very first phone call, they were incredibly caring and patient while helping me understand my insurance and walking me through exactly how the process would go. That alone made me feel so much more at ease. During my extraction, Dr. Ramirez was extremely considerate of my feelings and did an amazing job explaining every step before and while he was doing it, which really helped calm my nerves. I truly appreciated how gentle and reassuring he was throughout the entire procedure. I was also lucky enough to have my emotional support dog with me, and the lovely ladies at the front desk went above and beyond by keeping him entertained and cared for while I was being treated. That meant so much to me. Overall, it was such an easy office to trust. Everything was a 10/10 experience, and I’m so grateful I chose Dr. Ramirez and his team to handle such a major issue. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience! All the staff are very friendly and respectful. Renata and Vanessa provide excellent customer service. Dr. Ramirez and the entire team demonstrate a high level of knowledge and education. In this dental office, patients always come first. I recommend Dr. Ramirez and the entire team 100%.

This dental practice is the greatest. The first time I required a dentist for an emergency in Naples they were the only place of about 10 dentists that would both answer their phone and would get me in in a reasonable amount of time, the same day. Same with my 2nd dental emergency. I use them now for my cleanings too. The office staff, dental assistants and Dr. Ramirez are great. They explain everything along the way in the process and make sure you are comfortable for the whole process. They helped me with the insurance process too. Highly recommend.

The service was outstanding and professional, from making an appointment through examination, treaty and billing. The entire staff was excellent The doctor was knowledgeable and thorough. He provided me with all available options, with sound reasons as to the alternatives. This enabled us to successfully agree on the best treatment.

Towne Dental is the Best! Vanessa, your office Mgr. is very efficient. Miguel is par excellence with my teeth cleaning. Zarra ( not sure I’m spelling her name correctly) is a 10 performing my teeth whitening. Dr. Guillen has an excellent demeanor and is extremely helpful with my dental health . The office and equipment is so spotless You could eat your dinner on the floor, no kidding! I can state all this in sincerity, my last name is “teeth” in Italian.
