Today I visited the clinic and had an incredible experience. Everyone was very kind and professional. I had a deep cleaning, and I did not feel any pain at all. The doctor was amazing. I am pregnant, and I did not experience any discomfort during the procedure.
The staff was wonderful and provided excellent care, especially Ara and Jess at the front desk, who speaks Spanish and supported me throughout the entire process from the very beginning.
I highly recommend this clinic and truly appreciate the outstanding service I received. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have used the same Dentist for 7 years whom I trusted, however I recently moved to Port Saint Lucie. Driving an hour and a half one way with no traffic after a much needed wisdom tooth extraction was not the best idea. I researched reputable Dentist in my area and after reading the profile and Degrees Doctor Patrick Williams accomplished, I felt confident to book an appointment. Jessica who does all the bookings was extremely supportive and polite and we even communicated via texts. On arrival I was nervous and after an X-ray was taken of my tooth, I learned one of the roots of my wisdom tooth curved, It actually made a right turn! I thought oh boy, and my confidence went out the window. Then I met Dr. Patrick Williams and he calmly explained how he would remove it. He spoke of his extensive experience and the years he has practiced and calmed my fears, and I felt safe. You get a pillow and a blanket and sunglasses!
The procedure was painless and professional. Dr. Williams’ dental assistant also named Jessica, sat next to me before the procedure and we talked and laughed while I was getting numb. In all honesty, it is rear to find that genuine compassion of genuinely caring for your patients and not just doing your job. Sorry for the short story…I am touched by this team, it was a great decision. You will find out for yourself.

Night and Day Difference!
Roughly 5 years ago I had one of the worst experiences of my life. I had both top and bottom teeth removed and I had new dentures put in. It was the most horrible experience I ever had. I was never told how much time any step would take, the most unprofessional employees. They just kept shuffling people and employees around that didn’t know what they were doing.
Long story short, I needed new abutments for my bottom teeth last July. I had to get info from them because two other Denture facilities said they never saw what I had. Reluctantly I contacted Tradition Dental Group, thinking, here we go again. But to my amazement, new employees, new Dentist and they were spot on with helping me.
Today I had a retro fit on bottom teeth:I believe that only Dr. Patrick Williams could do what had to be done to “Finally”fix what happened 5 years ago. Lets see, professional, an assistant Jessica who knew what the heck she was doing. Proper tools, and yes some light humor.
Thank you Dr. Williams, this was a big deal to me and it couldn’t have gone any better.

Dr. Patrick Williams and his staff are exceptional. They make you feel comfortable and calm. His treatment for me was great. No pain and little discomfort. I am happy with the results of my treatment. I would recommend this office with Dr. Williams to anyone.

They are the best dental office I have been to. Dr. Williams is caring, friendly and professional. The assistant, Arasay is courteous and sweet. The 2 Jessica's, and Dannie are gems too and Hannie is excellent. The whole staff is unmatched! So glad I found them. The best!
