⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing new patient experience at this dental office with Dr. Britni Battise-Flores — and as a bonus, she’s an A&M graduate (Gig ’em!). From the moment I scheduled my appointment, I felt taken care of. Kaylei at the front desk was incredibly helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable when answering all of my insurance questions — she even helped me get approved for one of the financing plans they offer to help cover part of my treatment. She truly went above and beyond. The office itself is spotless, modern, and fully digital. They display your X-rays and treatment on a screen and take the time to explain everything thoroughly, making sure you fully understand what’s going on — something I’ve never experienced before. Christina, the dental assistant, was funny and welcoming, which instantly put me at ease. I’ve always had anxiety about going to the dentist due to a bad past experience, but this visit completely changed that for me. Dr. Britni Battise-Flores was so kind and gentle, and she genuinely listens — which meant more to me than I can express. Watching how these three women work together so seamlessly was incredibly comforting. Their teamwork, compassion, and professionalism truly set this office apart. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this office blew my mind and absolutely deserves the recognition. Highly recommend to anyone — especially if you’ve ever felt nervous about going to the dentist!

I had a great experience with Dr. Battise and her team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. All of the equipment looked very high-tech and modern, which gave me a lot of confidence in the care I was receiving. Dr. Battise was the best she took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. She was very patient and made me feel at ease throughout the visit. Her staff was also incredibly kind and supportive. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Dr. Battise to anyone looking for a dentist who truly cares.

Everyone from the receptionist to Dr. Battiste were very professional and friendly. The appointment went smooth with less than 3 minutes wait in the lobby. All the technology is brand new and I was able to see my X-rays and digital pictures of my teeth on the screen in the room I was in. The dentist was very thorough, yet quick and efficient. I already knew her from her previous office and followed her to her new office of her own. Great experience and will be coming back for ally dental needs.

Everyone in Dr. Battiste’s office is not only kind and caring, they are also knowledgeable and care about you as a patient. I had a great experience today , thanks to Kaylie, Christiana and Dr. Battiste. Highly recommend trying Traditions Dental..

I am normally anxious to go to the dentist but I had the best experience here! Everyone at the office was helpful, kind and accommodating. Couldn't recommend them enough!!
