Today was my last appointment of my dental implant journey and I truly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Kellum and the entire team at Transcend Dental Clinic. From my very first consultation through final delivery, every single interaction was a positive one.
From the front desk, to the dental team, to billing and surgical coordination, the entire staff was incredible to work with—kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in my experience. Communication was fast and clear, and I always felt supported and informed throughout the entire process.
Dr. Kellum’s attention, patience, and willingness to answer every question stood out in the best way. He took the time to make sure I fully understood my options and what to expect, ensuring I had all the information I needed to feel confident and comfortable every step of the way.
After years of dental pain and carrying a lot of shame, this was the first dental office where I never felt judged. Instead, I found a true partner in finding a solution. The team treats you like family, and that compassion makes all the difference.
I am incredibly grateful for this team and wholeheartedly recommend Transcend Dental Clinic to anyone considering All-on-X implants or looking for a practice that leads with excellence, empathy, and care.

Dr. Kellum and his team have provided exceptional care for me. Their professional demeanor and caring attitude has made a significant difference in my health. I appreciate their skill and careful way of guiding me through the steps necessary to improve my dental issues. Highly recommend anyone who has questions about their dental concerns to schedule a consultation with Transend Dental as soon as possible.

This dental office is exceptional in every aspect. From the moment I walked in , every step of the way was fabulous. I am very nervous and amxious with any kind of dental work. I have had a tremendous amount done. This practice takes top place in my book! Excellent, skilled,
exceptional communication, flexibility, very hospitable, being sure the patient is as comfortable as possible. Dr Kellum is professional, highly knowlegable and skilled. He is so very patient and kind. He took time to answer all my questions and alleviated my fears! He put me at ease, right away, and that speaks volumns to me! I am not easily put to ease in this situation. They are all fabulous and I have and will continue to recommend to all who ask me! I had all upper teeth removed, bone replacement and 5 or 6 implants with an entire upper set of beautiful teeth!

I was referred by a relative who gave excellent reviews. Upon arrival, I felt comfortable immediately. The staff is very cordial friendly happy and you could tell they love working on their work environment. They gave me excellent attention, and the doctor was the most informative oral surgeon that I’ve ever met or been consulted by. he did an absolute thorough examination and explanation. He has me on a road of Wellness as far as my smile is concerned . I’m very pleased. I look forward to my next visit at the end of the month

With the support of Restore dental and their generous assistance, Transcend Dental has quite literally changed my life! The office is equipped with top technology, and backed by the most awesome staff.
Thank you Dr. Kellum for your amazing work and kind spirit. Something I will always remember is how he prayed over myself and the staff before the initital dental implant procedure that would be the start of getting my confidence back! I am forever grateful❣️

About Transcend Dental Implants
Transcend Dental Implants is an implant-focused dental practice at 4949 Century Street Northwest, Suite 2, in Huntsville, Alabama. Meet the Doctors
The practice was founded by Dr. Ben Kellum and Dr. Bryan Kariya, who both earned their Doctor of Dental Surgery degrees from the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Kellum grew up in Tupelo, Mississippi, graduated from Lipscomb University in Nashville, and completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency in Pocatello, Idaho, focused on comprehensive implant planning and treatment. He spent several years in private practice at a full-arch denture and implant clinic and later served as Program Director of The Foundry Dental Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr. Kariya grew up in Kaysville, Utah, attended Brigham Young University, where he played running back on the football team, and after dental school worked in private practice before completing a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency with a focus on IV sedation, complex implant and restorative dentistry, and digital dental applications.
