Bad weather at my home caused me to cancel my 8:30 am appt today but the team at this office graciously moved my appointment to the afternoon and gave me the excellent care I was hoping for on a delayed snowy day schedule. - care for me as a person was exampled today and the result of the dental care was remarkable. Thank god we have a qualified dentist in our area who can see me once and fix the problem reliably and who communicates as she works ! I was informed of each step of care as it happened and I understood what was happening to me and for me . It was comforting to communicate with human beings who care AND manage excellence at the same time . Front desk family is awesome too!

I had such a great experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. The office is clean, modern, and comfortable.
Dr Lovett was incredibly professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the procedure. I really appreciated how thorough and patient they were in answering all my questions.
I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for high-quality dental care and a friendly, compassionate team.

Was in for a cleaning today with my tooth sensitivity, i was very apprehensive. Gretchen, my hygienist, was able to apply some Topical anesthetic Which made my visit very Pleasant. Chloe did an amazing job as well with my procedure. The front office staff of Keli and Leigh are always pleasant and smiling. The entire staff at this location seems very professional and very caring and I look forward to my next visit.

They were so kind and helpful with my dental needs. Dr. Lovett took great care of me. I have never had a Doctor take time to apply chapstick on my lips while working on me. It’s the little things that matter. ❤️

About Tri-cities Center for Cosmetic Dentistry
Tri-Cities Center for Cosmetic Dentistry is a cosmetic and general dentistry practice located at 4623 Fort Henry Drive in Kingsport, Tennessee, a few minutes from the Tri-Cities Airport. The practice welcomes patients from Kingsport, Johnson City, Bristol, and the wider Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia region. For patients missing teeth, the office restores dental implants with implant-supported crowns, implant-supported bridges, and implant-supported dentures, and it also offers porcelain veneers, porcelain crowns and bridges, tooth whitening, minimal preparation restorative techniques, full-mouth restoration, and complex comprehensive dentistry.
The practice describes a collaborative approach to implant care. Its dentists focus on planning and restoring the implant, and they coordinate with oral surgeons in the Tri-Cities area who place the implants, reviewing three-dimensional scans together for complex cases so the final crown, bridge, or denture fits well and looks natural. General care includes a comprehensive dental hygiene program, preventive care, oral cancer screening, and treatment for gum disease, bite problems, and jaw joint disorders. New patients begin with an extended first visit that the practice says runs about two to two and a half hours and covers a full oral evaluation, and the office notes that many patients travel from nearby areas for care.
