This was the best dental visit I’ve ever had in my 43 years on earth. I enjoyed many of the comforts they provide — a refreshing change of pace in my busy life! Everyone was extremely nice.
The dentist, Dr. Jimenez, was professional, friendly, down-to-earth and clearly very competent. I was grateful Dr. Jimenez managed to do my crown the same day despite it not being scheduled.
I especially enjoyed my interactions with Antony at the front desk. Extremely helpful, friendly and efficient beforehand on the phone with me being a new patient. In the office after my exam, he gave me my out of pocket cost before a crown for my broken molar, explaining various options etc. Melody was efficient and friendly as well in both rescheduling my appointment beforehand and explaining their quarterly giveaway for patients. I hope I win! lol. It’s a beautiful gift basket. Lyuda, my hygienist, was great!
In all, I would sum up my visit as excellent and even look forward to coming back in a few weeks for stage 2 of my crown. I realize that’s a weird thing to look forward to, but it’s true!

I always love going to my appointments. The staff there is super friendly and welcoming. It feels more like going to see family than to see a dentist. There is hardly a wait time, they take their time to make sure your cleaning is done flawlessly. I recommend to all my coworkers and friends who are looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Lopez-Ibarra did my root canal, and the procedure was so well done and thoughtful that I honestly could have fallen asleep. He did an excellent job explaining what he was doing and why throughout the process, which made the whole experience much more comfortable. Highly recommend.

I had the best cleaning experience! Both hygienists are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and outgoing. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in and explained everything clearly throughout my appointment. It honestly makes such a difference when the staff is so kind and positive. I actually look forward to coming in for my cleanings. Highly recommend this dental office!

I have followed Dr.Lopez since he worked at West Pasco Family Dental because of how caring and empathetic he was to my dental anxiety. Having been with Tri City Dental Care since they opened, I can’t imagine being anywhere else. The entire staff across the board goes above and beyond and are so accommodating! Couldn’t be more grateful for this office as someone who fears dental work so badly.
