I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience with your office. I was disappointed by the way the referral process was handled. I was given the names of two different endodontists, but no clear guidance or next steps, which left me uncertain about how to proceed. When I followed up not for the first or second time but THE FOURTH time, I felt like the responsibility was placed on me for not having “chosen a route,” even though no real direction was provided. It felt more like an argument with my dental assistant and a potential communication issue on your end, and I was left feeling confused and, frankly, blamed for the situation. I hope you can take this into account for future interactions so other patients aren’t left in the same position. Thank you for your time.

Got my teeth cleaned here and they did a wonderful job! Very gentle on my teeth.☺️

I had a complicated problem that no other dentist could rightfully solve, but Dr. Rick put in the time to create a workable plan for me. He is very good at prep and fit for crowns, and has a great, creative and professional skillset. If it's not something he does, he refers you to the right doctor to get it done (like root canal or extraction and implant posts). He took the time to solve my problem, and when he gets to work, he's fast and efficient. And a very nice person, too. Office staff is friendly, just be patient with them on insurance billing because it's complicated for anyone, they're doing their best, and it all works out in the end. Trust the process!

I had to tell Dr. Rick he was a very happy dentist! He replied with "I enjoy helping people with their smiles so they can smile more often".You can tell that's the attitude of the office, everyone was so welcoming. He had me in and out in a short time, very experienced and gentle, saving a front tooth that I thought might be a goner. Highly recommend!
