The staff is very professional, and Dr Andreason answered all of my questions. He actually said that I DID NOT need a dental implant. The reason I did not give 5 stars is the billing policy of the practice. I understand up front payments to a point, but refunds should be issued at the same speed, and in the same manner. The practice would not refund to my credit card, and sent a check through the mail. Also, my dental insurance was billed for a follow up visit that I was told would be no charge. I wasn’t told that ahead of time, and an insurance payout reduces my dental benefits.
I still recommend this practice, but the above should be changed.

Our daughter needed to have two adult teeth pulled. She was so nervous but the team was so kind and calm through the entire procedure. She had a great experience and is in minimal pain thanks to the professional attention to detail by the team. Thank you all so much for making such a nerve wracking situation be anything but!

This whole experience was amazing. The nurses and oral surgeon were all so comforting. They made sure I was comfortable and informed me of exactly what was happening. I didn’t feel any pain and it took them 11 minutes to remove my tooth. I would absolutely recommend.

Went in for my bottom wisdom teeth removal, super anxious, and everyone was so so caring and sweet. Didn’t take long at all for those sweet ladies to calm me down! Dr Andreason is very up front and honest, and willing to answer all questions in that manner. All together just really great at what he does. I will definitely be back for my top ones. Highly recommend!!!!

The staff and doctor treated me with the utmost respect and care and saw that my needs were met during a more complicated than expected procedure. I highly recommend Tri-State to anyone needing oral care. They were wonderful!
