After years of looking for a solid dentist I've finally found our best one for the family! I came here to get a couple or crowns and a cavity done and I'm no fan of dental visits but after meeting Dr Brad MacDonald and his assistant Jordan all my fears were eased! He and Jordan are great and his work is top tier and pain free! Everyone I've interacted with at Triad Cosmetic Dentistry has been over the top nice and pleasant to deal with. Cannot recommend this place enough! Dr Mack was able to make easy work out of some previous dental mistakes made by other dentists and got me in the chair and out with 2 in house made crowns in 2 hours! They've earned mine and my families business for as long as they are in business! If your time and comfort level while having access to state of the art dental practices are important to you then Triad Cosmetic Dentistry is the spot for you!

I had a cavity underneath a tooth that was capped. Dr Whaley had to cut off the cap, repair the cavity and make a new cap. I had told her I had a bad experience at the dentist and was nervous about the procedure. She assured me it would not be painful. She and her sssistant were amazing! They made sure I was pain free & comfortable through the whole procedure. She restored my faith in pain free dentistry!

The best Dental Practice in the Triad! Great relaxed/friendly, but professional staff. Doctors listen, then explain what is going on with your teeth and give you a couple options moving forward. Great bedside manner. No complaints at all!!

Triad Cosmetic Dentistry has served patients in Archdale, North Carolina and the surrounding Guilford and Randolph County communities since 2014, with some patients traveling from Southern Virginia for care. The practice offers a full range of general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry, including dental implants, bone grafting, implant-supported dentures, and immediate-load implants, alongside services like crowns, dentures, and periodontal treatment.
For patients considering dental implants, the office describes offering multiple implant options, including All-on-4 implants, bone grafting, and implant-supported dentures, so treatment can be tailored to individual needs. Patients note that the team takes time to explain procedures and available options one on one, and the practice emphasizes a warm, welcoming atmosphere along with 24/7 chat support for questions between visits.
The practice's clinical team includes Dr. Daniel Macdonald, who became a dentist in 2014 and completed a fellowship at the Triangle Dental Institute for Implant Dentistry where he placed almost 200 implants, Dr. Brad Macdonald, who became a dentist in 2017 and has pursued continuing education in implants and occlusion, and Dr. Tesha Whaley, who joined the practice in 2005, became a partner in 2011, and is skilled in orthodontics and treating TMJ disorders.
