I rarely give reviews. This experience was so positive that I have to give credit where due. The staff is very pleasant, professional, and informative. They worked together so smoothly like a well running machine. My procedure today was so fast that it felt like I closed my eyes and then opened them right back up. I will definitely return if additional work is ever needed and recommend to friends and family.

It was one of the most pleasant experiences ever, considering I was at an oral surgery office. They were punctual with no wait time. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The facility was very pristine. Dr. Park is the best in his field. He has a great best side manner and made sure to check on me after the procedure. Thanks for all the care……

Jikayla and the Elizabeth at the front desk are so kind and accommodating. Camel is the absolute BEST! She is highly knowledgeable and makes everyone feel so comfortable! Lashara was proficient and helped me to settle into getting introduced to Joe the anesthesiologist, who was extremely professional and down to earth. Dr. Parks was the icing on the cake! He is well informed and explained everything in a manner that gave me peace around getting an implant. Even my 16 year old daughter gave TIC Durham a 10 out of 10.

I had to have oral surgery at Triangle Implant Center, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Everyone there was so nice! From the time I walked in, 20 minutes early, I was greeted by the receptionist with a smile, I was taken back right away, the Dental assistant, anesthesiologist, and the surgeon were all wonderful, they explained everything they were going to do, which made me feel comfortable and safe. The procedure went smoothly, and I was on my way home in under an hour. I’ve had no pain, and only slight swelling. It’s been one of the best dental procedures I’ve ever had. I recommend this facility highly! They’re amazing!! 5 ⭐️

I can't say enough good things! They took my insurance, got me in NEXT DAY for surgery (I was in pain!). Everyone had fantastic bedside manner. The surgeon made me feel confident and safe and calm in his experience and hands, without needing to, you just "felt it" too. All the assistants and techs were kind and smiling eyes behind masks. I was in surgery for less than 10 minutes!! I think it took longer to get me in the chair and hooked up lol. I don't remember well but they were VERY nice after helping me put my hoodie on, and getting into my rides car :) The paperwork also wasn't outrageous or redundant which is rare for any medical office, let alone surgery! I'm immensely pleased, healing fabulous, and will recommend to anyone!! Oh parking also was easy, close, the waiting room quiet, intimate/comfortable but big! Their X-ray technology was top! The anesthesiologist was thorough in his questions and application, and checking my vitals!
