Truly exceptional care! I have been a patient here for more than two years, and every visit has been a great experience. Dr. Washington is highly skilled, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The office is well-organized and appointments are always handled efficiently. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for expert periodontal care with a personal touch.

If you are looking for the best periodontal care in NC look no further. Dr. Washington, Alejandra, Michelle, and Sunny (lovely folks I encounter on my first visit) are wonderful. They took the time to explain the treatment plan at length. I didn’t feel rushed and my anxiety was at ease because I felt heard. I know that I’m in good hands. I trust Dr. Washington and his phenomenal staff with caring for my dental needs.

Dr. Washington and staff are truly amazing. I required a major surgical procedure requiring a trim of gum and bone of a molar adjacent to a wisdom tooth. Dr. Washington made this experience painless. His staff were truly helpful and kind. I cannot thank them enough. Bravo!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional Periodontist
I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Otis Washington, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Washington took the time to thoroughly explain my treatment options, answer all my questions, and make sure I understood every step of the process. I was booked for a tooth extraction but we were able to discuss one other option to save the tooth via bone grafting.
The procedure itself was smooth, gentle, and far more comfortable than I expected. His attention to detail and skill were clear throughout. The staff was equally fantastic—professional, friendly, and attentive.
If you’re looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and highly skilled periodontist, this is the place to go!

Dr. Washington is absolutely amazing! He truly held my hand through the entire process and made me feel so welcomed when so many others had turned me away. He is always kind, gentle, patient, and takes the time to really listen—which was so important to me. Not only him, but the entire team feels like one big family. They work together so well, communicate clearly, and assist you with genuine smiles on their faces each and every time. If I could give him 100 out of 10 stars, I would, because he is just that good! If you’ve been thinking about going to see him, don’t hesitate—please do yourself a favor and go.

Triangle Periodontics is a periodontal specialty practice located at 2310 Myron Drive in Raleigh, North Carolina, focused on periodontal treatments and dental implant surgery. Meet the Doctors
Triangle Periodontics is led by periodontist Dr. Otis Washington. Dr. Washington earned his undergraduate degree and his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, and completed a Master of Science in periodontics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, the American Dental Association, the National Dental Association, and the Raleigh-Wake County Dental Society, and serves as a part-time faculty member at the University of North Carolina. Dr. Washington practiced in Detroit, Michigan until 1988, when he moved to the Raleigh area, and he has served as a board member for Wake Smiles and led dental mission trips to southern Kenya.
