I had such a good experience at the Ann Arbor location. I got my upper back molar extracted and they were so kind through the entire process and I had so much anxiety. I saw Dr. Bartling and he explained all of my options very well and didn't try to sell me on anything in particular. From the receptionist, to the nurse who started my IV, to his surgical assistant - *everyone* was wonderful. I was really glad I did IV sedation because after having been through a huge filling and a root canal on this tooth, in just the past 6 months- i was just done with scary dental procedures. It was a breeze to be honest. They made me feel so comfortable. I'm 1 week out and the recovery has been really easy. They gave me a lot of different medications to fill in the event of nearly any situation, and I didn't even need to use them all. But the ones I did use, ensured that the extraction site healed fast and that I was in minimal pain. I can't express my gratitude enough. They also didn't act like I was weird for wanting to keep the tooth and I'm so happy I got to keep it. I hope I never have a reason to go back to this place but if I do I wouldn't hesitate. Can't think them all enough. I'm honestly emotional just talking about it. It was such a long journey to be pain free.

Good experience, for surgery. Nice little nap, seemed I was only asleep for a minute. Bleeding subsided my late evening and the pain is not as bad as I expected. Dr Bartling and the hygienist were fantastic. Really help keep me calm. I would definitely recommend to friends! Thank you so very much馃槉

Excellent patient care from start to finish. Dr. Bartlett is a very skilled professional with a genuine care for his patients comfort. I had 2 teeth extracted yesterday and shockingly, today I feel great. I can confidently refer Trillium.

I had 2 impacted wisdom teeth extracted. Staff and Doctor was very informative and answered all of my questions. I have a lot of dental anxiety and made sure I was comfortable with the entire process. Payments were clear and accurate. No surprises.
