I got a $409 bill for my visit ( In network ) Before that visit, your front desk told me there’d be no cost. I asked multiple times, to assure if it would be covered before I got any treatment, they checked in the computer and told me I wouldn’t owe anything. I’m confused why I got this bill. Can you please fix this and not charge me, since that’s what you promised? Thank you.I feel very wronged by their actions.

I’ve had a handful of dentist in my life and none have ever been as good as this office. When I first went it had been a few years since I had last seen a dentist. No one made me feel ashamed for that. A treatment plan was printed out and explained to me and it’s been so easy. I’m always in and out of there without any of a wait. Even one time when I got there and they said they were running behind I still got back to the room in about 5-10 minutes. Everyone in this office is amazing and if anyone needs a new dentist I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend! Dr. Buchanan and his staff are always courteous,friendly and professional. Even though I was a new patient, Dr. Buchanan went above and beyond to get me a treatment plan I needed. He genuinely care about his patients and his work. The entire team are amazing and they exceeded my expectations.

Very welcoming staff. My first time to visit Trip Buchanan. He was very pleasant, no rush but thorough. Did not fill me with things I could or should do, just told me what I needed for a healthy mouth. Then came the cleaning, it was excellent.
