I just had an appointment with Dr. Kringle. He was super nice. The receptionist was very helpful. I was able to get an appointment within a couple days. The dental assistant answered all of my questions. And I even got a really cute gift bag loaded with stuff at the end of my appointment. I’m definitely keeping this dentist!

I got a crown here a few years ago, I think 2022-2023 range. I asked if it was fit ok the dentist said yes it’s fine. It was sensitive to cold for about a month but that went away. I figured ok maybe it’s fine. Well now a few years later a horrible taste comes from that crowned tooth when I eat and when I use a waterpik it’s even worse. There’s bacteria and food getting in. There’s no way this crown is sealed properly. Because I switched dentists due to insurance reasons (they don’t take my new insurance) there’s no way they will replace or refit the crown since I didn’t continue to get cleanings here. I’m worried my tooth is rotting under a crown I paid $1600 cash for. This is so unfair that I paid so much to save a tooth that’s falling a few years later because of an improperly fitted crown. I expected this to last 10 years or more as I do practice good dental hygiene.

I had an incredible experience at Troy Family Dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The hygienist was outstanding — hands down the best cleaning I’ve ever had. She was gentle, thorough, and explained everything she was doing in a way that made me feel comfortable and informed. The dentist was equally impressive. He took his time, reviewed my X-rays with me, and walked me through every possible option for my treatment plan going forward. What really stood out was how he considered my personal health history and made sure that any treatment recommended was the safest and most appropriate for me. I left feeling confident, cared for, and extremely satisfied. Highly recommend!

My first visit to Troy Family Dental was in July. I had my second visit today. Both visits were great. I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable from the start. The staff is very professional, caring and helpful. I received excellent service. The hygienist was outstanding. She was gentle, thorough, made me feel relaxed and comfortable. She explained everyting to me. Dr. Kringel was outstanding as well. He was also thorough and gentle. He was kind. He helped me feel very welcome, relaxed and comfortable. He took the time to explain everything to me. I am so happy I am now under their care. I am glad I found them. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Troy and his staff are amazing! It had been 5 years since I'd been to the dentist, because of fear. They took great care of me, and I'm confident in the quality of care I received.
