I recently switched to TruBlu Dentistry after going to a different dentist, and I’m very happy with my decision\. Everyone at the office is friendly, professional, and welcoming\. Dr\. Priscilla is especially great—she is knowledgeable, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly\. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit\. I highly recommend TruBlu Dentistry and Dr\. Priscilla to anyone looking for a great dental office\!

Extremely disappointing experience with this dental office. I scheduled an appointment directly through their website and drove nearly an hour to get there, only to arrive and find the office locked. After waiting, employees opened the door appearing confused, and I was eventually told the office was actually closed — despite their website allowing appointments to be booked during those hours. For a dental office, this level of disorganization is unacceptable. Patients take time off work, arrange transportation, and plan their schedules around appointments. Allowing patients to book appointments when the office is not even operating shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for people’s time. This was a huge inconvenience and a complete waste of my time and gas. I will not be returning and would not recommend this office based on my experience.

Hospitality: Quick and friendly service! They were able to seat me generally quickly and we're able to answer questions I had. Fortunate to have this offer near me, can't imagine finding a different location. In addition, whenever I schedule an appointment, the office sends text message reminders along with a link to fill out paperwork digitally to diminish the time of filling out documents in the office on the day of.

I went to TruBlu Dentistry about 6 months ago, and at the time I was experiencing a lot of pain in my lower jaw. I was happy with the fact that they were able to get me in on short notice, and the staff was very friendly. My issue is that after being given a fairly high estimate, I was feeling overwhelmed, and after getting some cavities filled and my teeth cleaned, I was on my way out and basically made to leave a 5-star review. Now I understand encouraging clients to leave a review, but I was given a card to scan and told to leave a 5-star review then and there due to a 'competition' between the different locations and that this location wasn't doing well in the competition. That already rubbed me the wrong way, and I felt uncomfortable that the way out was basically being blocked by the young lady urging me to leave the review. That alone wouldn't have made me change the review, but I got quite a few cavities filled, and I had to go back many times over the following weeks because the fillings kept falling out every time I flossed, which has never happened to me at any other dentist. Honestly, I just stopped flossing to save myself the headache. But today, 6 months later, I tried flossing and 2 more fillings fell out. I'm really frustrated with this and don't think I'll be returning to TruBlu for any more temporary fixes.

Hello, my name is Eileen. I posted a review about a month ago. Which is below. I wanted to commend TruBlu Dentistry how they have made my situation better. Michele from the office called me within a couple of days. We were able to rectify my dilemma in an efficient and timely manner. I feel much better about how things ended up. I’m able to get the needed work done on my teeth. I have always had a positive experience with the dentists all other staff members. I look forward to continuing my oral care with TruBle Dentistry! Thank you for taking the time to read my review. My name is Eileen. I just wanted to let people know how my situation was handled. When I called to make an appointment to have a crown put on they asked for my insurance information and I gave it to them. I’ve been coming to true blue dentistry for probably approximately 14 years. And have had several crowns done over the years. First, I was told that with the insurance that I had it would be 200 or $250 for the co-pay. I asked why? They said because of the way the insurance was. It’s the same insurance as before, and I didn’t understand. They then spoke to the office manager, who said that they would bill it differently and so it would be covered at 100%. I was overwhelmed and happy. However, I was then when I arrived for the day of the appointment told that my insurance did not cover it and that I owed $450 co-pay. Needless to say if you’re anything like me, we don’t have $450.00 sitting around. She said that it was my responsibility to get the information regarding getting the dental work done not theirs. Then why did they ask for my insurance information? They would not even work out a some sort of a payment plan for me so that I could get it done and pay over several months. I wouldn’t waste my time going there. I was very satisfied with how the staff handled the situation and by the way I was treated. Please go someplace else.
