I had been with my previous dentist office for 16 years, searching for a new dentist is not something I wanted to do. Luckily this office checked all the boxes!
Every review I read for True Health Dental was about how great the staff was and that was what I was looking for. Everything from my initial call to coming in for my first cleaning and exam has been smooth and easy. The Doctor and Staff have all been super friendly and helpful. It's hard to leave a dentist that you have been going to for so long, but this experience has made that so much easier. Christine is the office manager and she is awesome. She has made everything easy and stress free. I had my teeth cleaned by Edilyn. She is very gentle and did a great job cleaning and checking my teeth. Finally Dr. Navid came in and gave me a complete exam. He did not pressure me or try to sell me services...I hate that. He is very professional and right away we decided on a couple treatments that I have been wanting to do. I feel like I can trust him...that's a huge relief. There is plenty of parking on two sides of the building and an elevator to get you up the stairs. The office is clean, organized and they are focused on providing quality care.
Home run as far as I'm concerned.

I had not been to the dentist in a while but Dr. Navid and his team are amazing, just as they were when I started seeing them. I鈥檝e always had anxiety about dental visits because of past experiences, but they鈥檝e improved how I feel about going to the dentist. They are so kind, supportive, and never make me feel bad or embarrassed. Every single person, from Dr. Navid to the assistants to the front desk, makes the environment feel calm and welcoming. I can honestly say my anxiety has improved tremendously because of them.

Before even arriving to my appointment the accommodations and the delivery of the receptionist was spectacular, she helped me every step of the way (Thank you Christina)! Upon arrival everyone was so friendly and welcoming I knew this was going to be my new dentist. The assistant was so gentle and funny it was the best cleaning ever and the doctor was nice and honest( Thank you both)!馃グ I would definitely recommend this practice to whomever is looking for a new dentist. Dr. Navid and his team are excellent! I have been coming here since I was a kid, although now I live in Southern California, I still fly down for my appointments with Dr. Navid. Dr. Navid and his staff always prioritize their patients and go the extra mile. If you鈥檙e looking for a dentist, I would definitely recommend True Health Dental!
