had an amazing experience at True Health Dental with Dr. Navid and his wonderful team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so warm, friendly, and welcoming. The staff made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer all of my questions. The office is exceptionally clean, modern, and well organized, creating a relaxing environment from start to finish. Dr. Navid is kind, gentle, and professional. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. I truly appreciate the outstanding care and excellent customer service I received. I highly recommend True Health Dental to anyone looking for a caring dentist and an amazing team. Thank you, Dr. Navid and staff, for such a positive experience!

I was quite at a loss when my 20-year dentist retired and then the one he referred me to had to change his practice somewhat because of unexpected circumstances. So, I Googled. Based on 600+ (!!!!!!) reviews and comments such as “gentle cleanings,” “trustworthy” and “conscientious,” I cold called the office. The Office Manager had that warm telephone voice (that I just don’t have), asked me a few questions, found my insurance information quickly, and got me booked within a really short time, considering how most offices in the area are scheduling 4 months or more out. The OM gave me very clear directions where they are located, how to get into the driveways and parking. When I arrived, I was given the paperwork to complete; after reviewing quickly, I was escorted to the treatment area. It was indeed a painless, thorough cleaning, with matter-of-fact feedback re areas that needed more attention. The hygienist was excellent and cleaned my retainers. Dr. Navid reviewed my x-rays, ortho, and dental history and assured me that he was young enough to practice for a good long time. (Yes, I asked him how old he is.). The Office Manager then immediatle scheduled my next 2 appointments right before I left. Because I have significant oral health issues (which is why I have to select an outstanding dentist), I will have to pay out of pocket for some routine procedures. The prices are VERY reasonable. I am very glad and relieved to have found Dr. Navid’s office. THANK YOU and thank you for putting up with my quirkiness. My long term dentist lasted twice as long as both my marriages; I hope this dentist does as well! 😀

I love a True Health Dental! From first contact with Christine to my cleaning with Eddie to my exam with Kareen and Dr Navid! Everything was super efficient and they’re a wonderful team. Above and beyond with their client service, seriously. I immediately felt welcomed and like a priority. YES! I’m bringing my whole family over. THANK YOU DR NAVID!

I had not been to the dentist in a while but Dr. Navid and his team are amazing, just as they were when I started seeing them. I’ve always had anxiety about dental visits because of past experiences, but they’ve improved how I feel about going to the dentist. They are so kind, supportive, and never make me feel bad or embarrassed. Every single person, from Dr. Navid to the assistants to the front desk, makes the environment feel calm and welcoming. I can honestly say my anxiety has improved tremendously because of them.

I had been with my previous dentist office for 16 years, searching for a new dentist is not something I wanted to do. Luckily this office checked all the boxes! Every review I read for True Health Dental was about how great the staff was and that was what I was looking for. Everything from my initial call to coming in for my first cleaning and exam has been smooth and easy. The Doctor and Staff have all been super friendly and helpful. It's hard to leave a dentist that you have been going to for so long, but this experience has made that so much easier. Christine is the office manager and she is awesome. She has made everything easy and stress free. I had my teeth cleaned by Edilyn. She is very gentle and did a great job cleaning and checking my teeth. Finally Dr. Navid came in and gave me a complete exam. He did not pressure me or try to sell me services...I hate that. He is very professional and right away we decided on a couple treatments that I have been wanting to do. I feel like I can trust him...that's a huge relief. There is plenty of parking on two sides of the building and an elevator to get you up the stairs. The office is clean, organized and they are focused on providing quality care. Home run as far as I'm concerned.
