I went for my final check up to Dr. Straw鈥檚 after two surgeries to place an implant. It was such a positive experience to see that the implant had been perfectly placed and ready for the crown. I had the kindest and most efficient technician test the screw, and he did such an amazing job! He was highly skilled, knowledgeable, and personable. I wish I had caught his name in order to give him a proper commendation. He made my appointment today actually enjoyable. Many thanks to Dr. Straw and staff!

The office is beautiful, clean and has handicap access and plenty of parking.
From the time I checked in, waited just a few minutes to be called and got sat in the dental chair, the gals at the front desk and the dental assistant were very kind. Each room was perfect. The staff was very professional, friendly, and kept me informed. The dental assistant checked my issue and fully, I mean fully informed me of what to do and not to do, the consequences and reasons. I did learn alot 馃槍. Dr passed by and said hi! It was just a perfect experience.
To the whole staff, I would like to say thankyou for being so kind, understanding, compassionate and caring to each individual patient. You all ROCK!

Part 2- The story gets worse
So the story has another chapter. I went back to get the quote from the office on implants, 3 in total, and after the initial session I was told by the employee if I paid in cash / cashiers check the fee is $8500.80. Said no problem I will bring in a cashiers check. A got a call later that day saying they made a mistake and the new fee was going to be $9452.00. I was not happy about the large increase but still said ok let continue with the procedure.
I got a call from the office and I was told that they left out a procedure and that the insurance company was saying that I can not get the discounted prices. The fee is no over $13,000.00 since they forgot to add a procedure and I no longer qualify for a discount.
The employee then said we need to discuss my previous 1 star google review that I left them They were very upset for the honest and 100% true review I left them. The employee kept talking about the review that was left and made that a priority. Not the huge fee increase. All she cared about was the review. The employee wanted the review changed and kept saying "with a bad review why would you want to come back to us." The employee stated that I wanted to a haggle over the price when u gave them a bad review. Felt like if I would have changed the review I would have gotten a better price. They offer a cash discount and I was not even given a new number with a discount. They wanted the review to be changed prior to discussing any discount.
Every mistake was made by the office and not by me and yet I am the one they want to pay for it. The price went from $8500 to over $13000, a $4500 increase because they have issues with quoting a deal correctly.
All I felt they wanted was me to change the review and then they would give me a lower price for the dental work.
Needless to say I cancelled the appointment and will find another place to get the work done.
Be smart and stay way from this office!!!
Part 1
So let me start by saying I hate going to the dentist. Had oral surgery 6 months ago and they schedule my next appointment on a Monday in August. Got a call a week before saying no dentist in Mondays, then why schedule me then, and we have to reschedule your appointment 3 weeks later. No customer service. There mistake and they don鈥檛 want to fix it.

Loving and caring staff. Awesome removal of Mandibular Tori by Dr. Straw. I am so grateful my Dentist recommended them. Thank you all for your compassion and care
