I feel very confident in Dr. Tsai’s hands! He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He explained everything thoroughly to weigh my treatment options. His Staff are helpful, friendly and efficient. A great experience for my education in Periodontics and my upcoming procedure. He was recommended by my dentist, Dr. Stephen Snow, DDS, in Danville, and I’m fortunate to have such excellent care available to me.

Dr. Tsai was very knowledgeable and thorough during my evaluation. His office is busy but very well organized, and the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the visit and follow-up process. Dr. Tsai took the time to carefully review my complicated implant situation and clearly explain the treatment plan, which gave me a lot of confidence in his care. I appreciated his experience, attention to detail, and thoughtful approach.

My recent experience at Tsai Periodontics was exceptional as always, and Sally and her office team provided excellent service. I have been a patient of both Dr. Tsai for bone grafting and implant procedures and have had ongoing periodontal maintenance and prophylaxis teeth cleaning with Sally for many years, and my review for every visit has always been the same. The quality, results, and excellent service provided by everyone at Tsai Periodontics is outstanding! I highly recommend them for anyone who is experiencing advanced periodontal disease issues and for implant needs.

I had a good experience with Dr. Tsai. He’s very knowledgeable and made sure I fully understood my options and the steps I need to take for better gum health. It’s rare to find a doctor who explains the 'why' so well—I’m genuinely looking forward to my follow-up visits.

Dr.Tsai and his staff are all wonderful. Every time I called the office with a concern or question , they had the answers. The staff also made sure that I could get both the consult visit and the impression done on the same day-as well as booking my surgery appointment in the week that I had requested . Dr.Tsai was also very informative and kind. He explained everything as did his assistant . Everyone I spoke to whether over the phone or in person at my visit went out of their way to help me. The result is that everything I had been anxious about ( upcoming surgery etc) was resolved . It was a very positive experience:)
