For context, I've always had a friendly experience here. I’ve been going to this dentist for two years, and earlier this APRIL they found TWO cavities that needed to be filled. When I went to schedule the filling, the earliest available appointment was in December—nearly 8 months later. I went ahead and booked the December 4 appointment because I didn’t have another choice. As the date approached, the office called asking me to RESCHEDULE to the following week due to a conflict with the dentist. Even though I had already waited half a year, I agreed. Again, what other option did I have? On the day of the rescheduled appointment, I arrived at 10:20 AM for my 10:30 AM slot, checked in, and took a seat. I then waited in the lobby for 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES WITH NO COMMUNICATION from staff. During that time, I watched several other patients come and go while I sat there completely ignored. Eventually, I informed the receptionist how long I had been waiting, to cancel my appointment and not reschedule. This level of service is UNACCEPTABLE for several reasons: (1) Delaying necessary dental care for months puts patients at risk of worsening dental problems. (2) Asking to reschedule after such an excessive wait time shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. (3) Making a patient wait over an hour with zero communication demonstrates poor time management and a disregard for basic customer service. After waiting six months for a simple cavity filling, I now have to start from scratch with a new dentist—and will likely be waiting even longer to finally resolve an issue that should have been addressed long ago. This practice clearly overbooks or mismanages their schedule, and unfortunately, I can no longer trust them with my care.

Dr. Ducksworth is an amazing dentist! She very knowledgeable and precise when it comes to her dental work. The dental hygienist are always friendly, welcoming, and thorough with the cleanings. I always have a wonderful experience.

Amazing people and amazing office! They work with you, great hygienists and assistants like Bri and Conner, and the awesome dentist, Dr. Ducksworth! They have brought me through a tough process of getting my mouth restored to where I'm confident to smile again, and I'm absolutely grateful to them and blessed to have found them!

Best dental experience ever...the hygienist was the sweetest lady, she made sure I was comfortable with whatever she was doing ! Front receptionist was awesome as well...Dr Duckworth is the best dentist around by far...
