Unbelievable. Long story short (sort of) after my 4th phone call of looking for a dentist to install a crown on my daughter’s tooth after a root canal. I found Tveten Dental. The moment Alison picked up the phone. She was embracing & welcoming. She even got my daughter in right away within a week. It was a relief after 3 phone calls before of just pure rudeness. Then comes the appointment. Dr. David & his assistant Kimberly were so friendly fun & kind. Dr David was so sweet and explained everything very well to my daughter & I. Kimberly was very sweet and encouraging. Tveten dental went above and beyond in customer service & kindness. I have been at the same dental office for all my children for 25 years. I am making the change and moving my daughter to Tveten Dental permanently. Sadly since some dentist have retired at my kids other dentist office. It hasn’t been the same and we’ve been in the market for a new dental office. Tveten dental will be that place. Thank you Dr. David & Kimberly and of course Alison had she not been so welcoming to begin with I could have not gone there at all. Professionalism, respect, kindness, caring, timely mannered, all 5 stars in my book

I'm brand new to this office and I absolutely love it. They work with my insurance and they are very attentive and explain the procedures along the way. I have some medical issues that they gladly worked around and made me feel comfortable through the whole medical process. The doctors along with the nurses work very well together as a team to make things timely and work with a patients schedule. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional experience with Dr Colin Barker, Marnie and Klaritssa for semi-annual dental cleaning. Dr Barker is very thorough and considers a patients health history. Marnie, the dental hygienist spent time explaining the differences between flossing, waterpick, and floss picks. Recommendations were made for my situation for TMJ massage and changing from flossing to a waterpik. The experience was gentle and considerate.

I made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned, its the only thing i asked for when i made the appointment. Filled out all the electronic things they sent. Told them my problems. Went in for the appointment, for them to not clean my teeth like I asked, do a bunch of things and tell me the exact thing I told them was wrong with me. To get an appointment 3 months later to get my teeth cleaned. I just wanted my teeth cleaned made the appointment to not get my teeth cleaned and I was confused the entire time on what was even happening but figured its what they had to do first. If id not made an appointment specifically for cleaning and being told yes we can make that appointment , I wouldnt bave any confusion or issues. Make sure your receptionist clarifies they understand your needs so your making the right appointment cause I said twice I needed an appointment for cleaning whenever theres an opening so just why isnt my teeth cleaned? I dnk

Dr Jason Tveten is always caring, kind, and courteous. The staff at Tveten Dental are also nice and welcoming. We’ve been with them for over 25 years because they are very personable.
