New staff is absolutely fantastic! Had a cleaning two weeks ago and two fillings during the follow-up. Everything went smoothly with insurance processing and billing. The office sends out automated calls and texts with appointment reminders that make it impossible for me to miss my appointment.

I have severe anxiety going to the dentist. Dr. Riley and his staff made me feel so comfortable and my dental hygienist was amazing. They are very welcoming, compassionate and so friendly. Everyone had true smiles on their faces!

I have not been to a dentist in probably 3 years I鈥檝e been researching dental offices since me moving here a couple years ago. Another doctor鈥檚 office in Destin recommended Twin Cities Family and Implant Dentistry to me. On October 23, 2025 was my first appointment and as soon as I stepped foot into the office it was just a calming feeling. I was greeted with warm welcome and smiles and most of all uplifting personalities. The staff is very nice Dr. Patel, Susan, Angel, Desiree, and Charlie made a great impression on me. Another great thing was they were very customer service friendly and detailed about what work I need done which is a lot. And explain in detail about how much my insurance company covered and how much I would have to pay out of pocket. Angel who is the hygienist is super sweet and I know she鈥檚 going to have me looking my best when all this is done. I will be posting more reviews of the extensive dental work I have to get done.

Extremely polite. My appointment was right on time. Dentist explained plan of care for my teeth with me understanding. If you have any questions please ask them to explain they are more than helpful. My whole family goes here and have not had any complaints. Would recommend. 馃榿

I had my first cleaning with Angel today and was very impressed. I've always been a bit nervous about dental visits, but she was incredibly gentle and patient. Angel also had a great personality. My teeth feel amazing. The receptionist greeted me with a genuine smile and a warm welcome. Met Dr. Patel and welcomed him.
