Very friendly staff. Dr. Jenny had great “bedside manner”. He was reassuring and thorough. Dental extraction went well and took only a few minutes with excellent pain control. Dr. Jenny’s assistant gave thorough and easy to understand instructions. I have one suggestion. Since the required forms are significant, it would be easier if patients could somehow complete the paperwork before the visit.

Dr. Downy and his staff are. Beyond amazing. I cant say enough. After getting shitty work done over and over...it was so reassuring to rest in his hands knowing I would relieve the best care. Trust this man and his staff (Sally inpart). We did and feel better knowing the best case scenario is what I received. I want my life back as ck and he gave me just that. We traveled 4.3 hours to see him. It will. E worth it for you tok.

We initially got a call that our Hastings appt would be cancelled because no doctor was available. We had made the appt months in advance to ensure few conflicts with summer jobs and internships. When I asked about an appt on the same date but at another location, Scheduling immediately solved the problem. I was so relieved and happy! The wisdom tooth removal was swift and successful for a child in 2026 (and 2021). Instructions for after care was very thorough, patient, and kind. Thank you!

Very friendly staff who took the time to explain any possible charges. Dr. Downie was very thorough in explaining everything before a possible biopsy. It turned out I didn’t need to have one done, but it was so nice to have had the possible causes of what I was dealing with explained beforehand. I had a great experience at this clinic!

They’re fantastic all the way around. From getting me in on somewhat short notice to the staff at Woodbury, who couldn’t be friendlier, performing the actual surgery it’s a great environment from beginning to end. As someone who despises having to go to the dentist or doctor they do a better job than anywhere I’ve ever been of making you feel at ease with literally no judgement. In my experience they’re upfront and honest as well in regards to pricing so you know exactly what to expect with no surprises or pressure as far as sales. (Which I experienced the exact opposite on the pushy sales side from the dentist previously that wanted to do the surgery I needed, so this was a very refreshing change of pace from that.) H
