I had two implants placed today at Twins Oaks Periodontal, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. Kaspian and her entire team were outstanding from start to finish.
The procedure was smooth, efficient, and far easier than I expected. Dr. Kaspian has an incredible bedside manner — she’s calm, confident, and very down to earth, which immediately put me at ease. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process.
Her team is just as impressive — friendly, professional, and extremely organized. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in their work. The front desk staff was also awesome. They were patient, helpful, and walked me through all of my insurance questions, which made everything that much easier.
If anyone I know ever needs periodontal care or implants, I would absolutely recommend Dr. Kaspian and Twins Oaks Periodontal without hesitation. Truly a great experience all around.

My first visit to the dental clinic was a very positive experience. The clinic was clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff provided excellent customer service and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Nicholas Wright explained the treatment plan clearly and thoroughly in a way that was easy for me to understand. I appreciated his professionalism, patience, and attention to detail. Overall, I was very satisfied with my first visit and would highly recommend this clinic.

Today I had wonderful experience from the min I stepped foot into the office the First Ladies at the intake desk was very helpful and super friendly! To the dental nurses sweet and gentle to the doctor she is amazing , kind , soft spoken , understanding and she made my visit very special! Iam excited to be working with her and her crew thank you All and keep up the good work 💙

Dr. Dunlap did a fabulous job extracting A second molar tooth that had cracks inside, he also performed a bone graft on the same tooth at the same time, stitched it up and added a dressing. There was very light blood residue after the procedure which stopped after 12 hours. I hardly felt any pain during or after the procedure, I feel like he did an efficient job removing a difficult tooth.
He is a kind and comforting person and an experienced periodontist. I feel that he went above and beyond, making sure that he did an efficient job.
In addition, He personally reached out after the surgery to see how I was doing. That is greatly appreciated.
I recommend dr. Dunlap at Twin Oaks Periodontics to everyone.
