I have been coming to Two Rivers for the last year when my insurance changed. The first few visits were good. However my last two visits have left something to be desired.
My last visit was just down right bad, and put my over the top. First, my appointment was for 3 PM and I didn't get into the dentist chair until 4 PM. When I did finally get into the dentist chair it took them about 10 minutes to finally begin to numb my left side to prepare for filings, which was fine. The doctor went to another patient while the medicine took affect, which is fine. However, about 30 minutes later he came back to do the filing. All the while I was in the chair and no one came to check on me. I could have been passed out. Just horrible! Not even a hey sorry it took so long. Nothing!
Do better, check on your patients and at least give them updates about what is going on.

i took my toddler thurs 5/28 to Two Rivers and she had an amazing first experience. they made it so fun and so easy for her. gave her toys and balloons made her feel so comfortable and let her take everything in at her own pace. she was so comfortable she let them brush her teeth. no tears no nothing. thank you so much Two Rivers we definitely be back. and a special shout out to the dental hygienist there that morning, my child actually held her hand and walked back there with her which is a first! my child will not hold anyone's hand she doesn't know and that was impressive! 🥹🥰

My experience was excellent. I came in with several concerns, and I was given the opportunity to fully explain my situation. The doctor and staff took the time to listen carefully, address my concerns, and develop a treatment plan tailored to my needs. I also appreciated that they worked with me to find an effective solution at an affordable price. Overall, I felt heard, valued, and well cared for throughout the entire process.

The dental hygienist & the Dentist were great. During my last two visits the woman up front that handles billing & scheduling is quite annoying . She probably thinks that she's being professional but just the opposite. My appointment time was changed from 11:30 to 11am the night before & there was no accountability or acknowledgement until I arrived the next day and brought the issue up upon arrival. If you're going to change my appointment time, then ask me & explain to me the exact reason as to why! Do not overlook that for over a month, the appointment time was 11:30.. For the front desk lady: slow down and treat your patients like people instead of numbers....As stated earlier, Everyone else was very professional. The staff needs to know who their weakess link is..

I do like the dentist, he’s friendly has good bedside manner and . However, not a fan of the front end. I have to refill out forms every single visit, it’s time consuming and feels excessive. I also called to let them know I’d be 5 minutes late. The woman said “ if it’s any more than 5 minutes we’ll have to reschedule you”. There was no one else in the waiting room and I still wasn’t seen by the dentist for 45 minutes, I did have X-rays but that is a long wait.
