I was very impressed with the office receptionists and their excellent communication. They even emailed me my new patient paperwork ahead of my appointment, allowing me to complete everything before I arrived. That made the check-in process quick and easy.
I was also extremely impressed with my dental assistant, Amanda, and Dr. Shim. They were both outstanding, and this was by far the most professional and comfortable dental appointment I have ever had.
Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I'm so glad I chose your office and look forward to returning for my future dental care!

Such a wonderful Dentists office! I am one to be nervous about going to the dentist. I get all worked up and try to avoid it. They always ease my mind once I’m there and in the chair. I can then relax and let them do their job. Very nice people! Calming environment! Great location!

I needed a tooth repaired from a previous dentist office which was not done properly, and Dr. Shim welcomed me so graciously. He not only fixed my bad filling job, but went to extra pains to make sure the floss didn't catch. He also made sure my bite was right. It hasn't felt this good in a long while, which shows he really cares about my dental comfort.
I highly recommend this office with kind and caring staff. They are open and honest, above board with everything. Thank you Dr. Shim!

Dr. Shim and his assistant Amanda have been a breath of fresh air for all my dental needs. From basic cleanings to extractions and implants, It has been comforting to have this team working on my dental needs. Not only compassionate, and extremely attentive to any concerns I had, Dr. Shim is a perfectionist and I truly am thankful for this office.

I have been going here for probably 15 years at this point and I have never once had any issues. The staff are all wonderful, they do their jobs well, they're open and good with communication, everything about the place feels comfortable. I'm very grateful for them.
