The staff is friendly,. The Doctor's assistant is encouraging, and extremely friendly and helpful. We were running a little late traveling from out of town and the Doctors assistant called to ensure we were safe. Upon arrival intake was quick, of course we were late. The receptionists were professional and friendly even though we may have pushed their schedule back a bit. The doctors assistant came out and ensured I had the instructions and to let me know they were almost through and surgery was going well. The doctor came out to the waiting room after surgery to give me the status and let me know that she would be giving my wife mild pain medication and that I should ensure the OTC pain medication my wife had at home was available to her. The doctor was very friendly I could see why my wife and taken to her immediately hit it off. HER KINDNESS AND CURTISY COUKD NOT HAVE HURT. Susan was wheeled out to the car unable to speak. The assistant helped her into the car and informed me her prescription had been called into the local Kroger. The pain plan didn't work. Before we got home my wife became historical in her disoriented state, had misplaced the prescription I placed in the car claiming I hadn't picked it up. She had a napkin in her mouth that was saturated with blood. I went back into the store and bought some gauze And called the doctor's office who suggested a over the counter pain medication - Advil dual Action -I should purchase after stating they hadn't given her the pain medication I was told they woukd give her. I had them call in something stronger for pain and voiced my concern and extreme displeasure of the after treatment of my wifes care having had fulll extraction in one session. My wife should not have been released as quickly and should have been held in observation until the anesthetic wore off, and pain evaluation conducted to prevent edgy emotional trauma my wife endured.

Very kind and thoughtful staff. They make u well welcome and comfortable when you're in a very insecure position. And Dr.Jaul is a sweet heart and very informative. I have been to a few oral surgeons and they're the most compassionate professional I have met. There a 10 out of 10!

Dr Jaul was very amazing during my unexpected appointment with her. She accepted me from my dentist for a same day appointment & had me set up for surgery the same evening.
Being in the ER having surgery it was definitely scary but she made sure I understood everything & never seemed bothered with how incredibly scared I was. This was my first intense dental procedure and I’m beyond thankful that Dr Jaul was the surgeon I had. Very patient & understanding. Everyone I came in contact with in the office was also very nice.

About Tyler Longview Oral and Facial Surgery
Tyler Oral Facial Surgery's Longview office at 6 Doctor Circle serves patients across the greater Longview area and Gregg County, and the practice describes it as offering the full scope of oral surgery and cosmetic services available at its Tyler and Lindale locations. For patients considering tooth replacement, the office provides dental implants, full arch restoration, bone grafting, and sinus lifts, along with wisdom teeth removal, tooth extractions, impacted canine exposure, sedation options, TMJ treatment, sleep apnea treatment, oral pathology, corrective jaw surgery, and facial trauma repair. The practice also offers cosmetic procedures such as eyelid surgery, facelift, neck lift, and Botox and Xeomin injectables.
The practice's surgeons are oral and maxillofacial surgeons trained in both medicine and dentistry, and the site notes that its team has decades of combined experience. For full arch cases, the practice says it plans treatment using three-dimensional CBCT imaging, intraoral scanning, digital surgical planning, custom surgical guides, photogrammetry, and in-house 3D printing, and that many patients can receive a temporary restoration the same day as surgery. First visits are consultations with a thorough evaluation and an honest conversation about options, and the office works with a range of insurance plans and offers financing. Longview office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, and Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm.
