Staff was very friendly and helpful from the time we walked in the door. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr.Hinkle. We had a great experience at their Longview center. (We drove from Tyler) His nurse Laura was very friendly and kind to my daughter. They very informative.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I have been putting off having a broken wisdom tooth removed for about a year. A few weeks ago it started causing me excruciating pain and I finally had to make an appointment. Dr Hinkle’s office worked me in the next day. I was seen before my scheduled appointment. He was so incredibly kind and explained everything so well. I was scheduled for my procedure the next morning (today). Once again I was pulled before my scheduled appointment time. Everyone was so efficient and kind. I have never been comfortable with anyone dealing with my teeth and I was so at ease in this office. Before I knew it I was awake and the procedure was done. From the front office staff to the nurses to Dr Hinkle, everyone was phenomenal. Thank ya’ll for the great work you do.

Very disappointed in my visit. They failed to mention to me that my insurance wasn’t accepted here, despite me being in contact with them on three separate occasions making sure they got my insurance information to verify. They mentioned it to me on my way out the door after my consultation, I wouldn’t have come here in the first place if I knew ahead of time. :(

If I could give them a million stars I would in a heartbeat. Every single person in there was sweet and polite and they offer snacks and water and treat u like a real human being there. I absolutely love this place. They were so gentle and kind and patient wit my son. God bless they loving golden hearts

Very unhappy. We waited on an appointment for 2 weeks to be seen for a mouth lesion. We were referred by Untied Healthcare for an in-network clinic , only to be told after they received all images and the referral that “oh, they no longer accept United healthcare “….when told that they show as a IN-Network provider and United healthcare referred us, so why aren’t you using them no longer? Their reply is Doctors Choice. Maybe yall should tell a patient that when they first call and give you all their information instead of waiting for the doctor to “accept the patient”…..time wasted!!
