Quite literally the absolute WORST place to go and depend on as a medical facility. Do not recommend!! My appointment was supposed to be 24 hours from when I’m writing this review, and I just received a call that the doctor has to reschedule my appointment because he won’t be in the office. About 24 hours before I was supposed to be there!! Ridiculous! This is, if I recall correctly, the 3rd or 4th time that they’ve called to reschedule because of issues on their end. After taking months to call me to schedule an appointment and giving me a lot of difficulties to even get a call back/insurance, they finally scheduled me months out. I went on for my exam to be rushed through like they couldn’t even bear to give me the time of day. The doctor came in to talk with me and answered a phone call/text in the middle of our conversation on his personal device. Awful place with people you can 100% NOT depend on! At this point I’ll just be fine without getting my time sensitive oral surgery done.

Please do not use this provider. They took months to see me for an issue that needed immediate care. Despite calling several times as my condition grew worse they were not willing to move my appointment time forward. When they did see me my condition had become more difficult to fix as a result of the delay. Based on how the office was able to schedule a follow up within a few days an earlier appointment would have been easy. The care once I was there was also terrible. They lost my file but refused to acknowledge the fact. And when the doctor did see me he flat out lied to my face about what was wrong. This provider will not help you, they will make your condition worse as a result of their negligent care.

Never return phone calls or answer emails for appointments. When they do actually answer the phone which is not often they act bothered that you are trying to set up an appointment to be seen. They take your number and no one ever calls, pathetic service.

I've never left a bad review before and I don't like that this is my first. Leaving this anonymously on the off chance that they actually answer their damn phone and let me make an appointment to get my wisdom teeth extracted. I doubt it at this point it's been two full months of me and a family member calling trying to get me an appointment with no response. One of my wisdom teeth is now pressing on a nerve thats leading to shooting pain to my shoulder thats preventing me from sleeping on my side. I have to take multiple acetaminaphen just to get to sleep. I can understand waiting two months for an appointment, but waiting two months to even get a call back to make an appointment is just ridiculous. I'm nearly positive they just delete their inbox of messages if you call on a weekend tho cause over the past few weeks ive called on a friday, saturday, and monday. On friday nights im able to leave a message, by saturday evening their inbox is full. Early monday morning, like just after they open, they dont answer their phones and their inbox is empty. Either way im now in extreme pain, and still need my wisdom teeth removed. If you're fully booked at least have the decency to call people back and tell them that so they can find someone else.

I am disappointed with the front desk staff. They are consistently unhelpful and never return calls even when they say they will. Every time I call, I feel like I am being brushed off with an excuse instead of real assistance. It comes across as lazy and uninterested in helping their patients.
