I had an excellent experience at this dental office. The dentist was very dedicated, efficient, and extremely gentle, which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The cleaning was amazing, especially thanks to the hygienist, who was very careful and professional.
I tend to have a strong gag reflex, and the whole team was incredibly understanding and patient with me, which I truly appreciated. The assistant was also wonderful—very attentive and kind at all times.
Overall, the atmosphere is great, the staff is warm and welcoming, and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this office.

My first visit to Ultra Smile Downtown was amazing. Dr. Saola Lara was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit.
A huge thank you to Sammy, Fabi, Katty, and the whole team. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and truly cared about providing great service. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and made sure I was able to complete all of my treatments and services the same day.
What stood out the most was how they made me feel like part of the family while still delivering top-notch dental care. It’s not often you find a team that’s this professional, attentive, and genuinely caring.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. They explained everything clearly, and my cleaning was thorough without feeling rushed. The dentist took the time to review my X-rays and answer all of my questions.

I had a great experience with Diana, the hygienist. She was extremely professional, but also very kind and friendly. She explained everything clearly and politely, which made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire visit. On top of that, she has a great sense of humor and made the appointment actually enjoyable. I truly felt well taken care of and would highly recommend her to anyone!

I went tnere as a new patient for cleaning. All people were welcoming. Fabiola was meticulous and helpful during the process. Also the dentist gave clear advice for a routine checkup. Overall i would recommend it.

While she performs all aspects of dentistry, she has a special focus on cosmetic dentistry, with training from the Rosenthal Institute in New York City. The Downtown Miami office team she leads also includes three other dentists. Dr. Arlene Genao is a general and cosmetic dentist who earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the Universidad Iberoamericana in Santo Domingo and completed a general practice residency through the University of Florida, with training in implants, cosmetic dentistry, and clear aligners. Dr. Elise Fernandez, DDS, is a general and cosmetic dentist who earned her dental degree at the New York University College of Dentistry and brings more than six years of experience in restorative and cosmetic care, including veneers and smile enhancements. Dr. Sarah Assous Dahan is a cosmetic and implant dentist trained in both France and the United States. She focuses on smile design, veneers, dental implants, and facial aesthetic services such as Botox.
